some weird dreams last night...

it involved a dog, a serial killer, two beautiful women, a mindless fast food worker and a poet just trying to get by. i woke up at 7:45 thinking, what the fuck was that. i guess this is what happens when i get more than 5 hours of sleep.

the Yankees won last night at the Royals, 3-2. they only had 4 hits, and Stanton had 3 of those. but, they are 1 win away from the ALCS. Gerrit Cole will be pitching tonight. hopefully, he gets the job done.

the New York Rangers won last night at Pittsburgh, 6-0. that was wonderful to watch and hopefully a good sign of the season to come.

The Masked Singer was crazy as usual last night.

Inside the NFL was very good last night.

both episodes of Grotesquerie were good last night.

Abbott Elementary was fucking hilarious last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Big Brother and The Old Man.

i might watch some of the NFL game tonight between the 49ers and Seahawks.

i did get mom to the place to get her bloodwork done this afternoon. she, of course, wanted a frozen Coke after she got done. thankfully, there wasn't a line at McDonald's this time.

i have no damn clue when i will be on here tomorrow.

the weather has been perfect for afternoon napping. i did get a little nap in. hopefully, that will continue tomorrow.

i hope everyone is ok after the latest hurricane. some of the videos look crazy as fuck.

until tomorrow kids...

don't get stuck behind meth heads in a drive-thru if you are in a hurry...

as you might imagine as the title suggests, there was a portion of my afternoon. i had to pick up my pills from the grocery store and on the way back, mom wanted lunch from McDonald's. sure enough, i got stuck behind a couple of meth addicts buying ice cream with pennies. #thelifeofapoet

Manchester United defeated Norwich yesterday, 3-1. it should have been 5-1 but for some reason, United fucking sucks at penalties this season. but, that's 2 away wins in a week. holy shit.

the New Orleans Saints defeated Arizona yesterday, 31-9. Drew Brees looked like he didn't miss any time at all. the Saints have their bye week next week, which should allow them to get healthy and start a run to the playoffs.

the New York Rangers lost to Boston last night, 7-4. i watched some of the game, but turned it off in disgust.

Axios was very good last night.

Power was fucking crazy last night. next week is the mid-season finale.

The Affair was excellent last night. the series finale is next week.

Batwoman was good last night.

Watchmen was great last night.

Silicon Valley was hilarious last night. excellent start to its final season.

Mrs. Fletcher was pretty funny last night.

Last Week Tonight was brilliant as usual.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be The Voice, the series finale of The Deuce and Desus & Mero. i'll be watching Monday Night Raw for most of the evening.

i did listen to episode 262 of Notsam Wrestling this morning. you can find that by going here:
http://notsam.com/wrestlingpodcast/2019/10/28/notsam-wrestling-262

i was a little surprised that the New York Yankees let go of their pitching coach today.

i should be on here tomorrow after my physical therapy appointment.

i hope everyone had a great weekend.

if the forecasts are correct, the weather is only going to get worse this week. joy.

until tomorrow kids...

i knew that black cat meant something bad...

i had a black cat dart in front of me on my way home from picking up my prescription last night. i figured it meant the Yankees were going to lose. or the fucking Taco Bell mom wanted for dinner was going to put me on the toilet all night. instead, it was something completely different.

i heard back from Bindweed Magazine on my poetry submission from May. they rejected all 6 poems i sent. not exactly how i was hoping to start off my Saturday morning. i read the poems again and know they are good. so, i definitely think they will go out with the first submissions of September.

the New York Yankees won 7-5 last night in 10 innings at Baltimore. hopefully they will win both games of the doubleheader today.

VICE was really good last night.

both episodes of NJPW were excellent last night.

Major League Wrestling was very good last night.

Real Time with Bill Maher was fucking hilarious last night.

Random Acts of Flyness was fucking brilliant last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be ROH and Drew Michael.

the New Orleans Saints play tonight at the Los Angeles Chargers. i think that game is on CBS tonight, so i'll actually get to watch it.

it's supposed to get hot and stormy here the next few days. lovely.

i want to take a moment and acknowledge the muse. she's got a tough week ahead of her and i just wanted to let her know i love you and you will be great.

i hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday. call if you need bail money.

trying to get everything done at once...

i feel like at times i'm busier than nine cats covering up shit in a windstorm. i figure that's punishment for all the apathy over the years. if my mother did anything right, it was to teach me about choices and consequences. she never did like that i bent towards evil and couldn't give two shits about what happened. it's a good plan if you want to die in your early 20's. that was the plan originally. i have no damn clue what the fuck happened, 20 some years later.

just had a guy out at the house doing the check up on our furnace. nothing is wrong and it is running smoothly, but we should get a new one. you know, since the one here is over 20 years old. mom is going to consider it. i look at it as i have plenty of sweatshirts.

The Voice was pretty good last night. i have no clue who is going home tonight.

i did watch Meth Storm last night on HBO. you talk about a fucking depressing documentary. thank fucking god i don't live in Arkansas.

Monday Night Raw was a bit predictable last night. i really didn't mind as i was flipping channels anyway.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Smackdown, The Voice and Drop the Mic. i'll watch 205 Live sometime tonight on WWE Network.

the New York Rangers play tonight at home against Florida. hopefully the boys can keep the victories rolling.

Manchester United plays this afternoon at Watford. this will be a tricky game. plus, it won't be on television here, so i'm planning on being at the grocery store while the game is on. hopefully that works.

i will eat lunch before i hit the grocery store. i have learned my lesson about shopping for food while hungry.

i will probably send out some poems tomorrow morning. i will be on here before the Dayton Flyers game tomorrow night.

and i did give into a cyber Monday deal last night from WWE. i couldn't pass up a t-shirt and a Funko Pop for under $20. Merry Christmas to me.

i never did like this day

i suppose i have always been an old soul. i love making people laugh but April Fool's Day is one of those who gives a shit days for me. of course, it does start national poetry month, which is a good thing, at least in theory.

i'm not really sure what i'm going to do for national poetry month this year. as i quickly brainstorm, i suppose the video of the day will be a poem each day this month. there, done with it.

the WWE Hall of Fame ceremonies were excellent last night. they were long as hell, but to see Kurt Angle douse himself with milk at the end of it was fucking worth it.

NJPW was excellent last night.

Real Time with Bill Maher was fucking hilarious as always.

the New York Rangers lost in a shootout last night to Pittsburgh, 4-3. i figured they would lose since they can't win at home for anything now. at least they will be starting the playoffs on the road. they play tomorrow night against Philadelphia. i won't watch much of that game either.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be ROH.

i will be watching NXT Takeover:Orlando for most of the evening on WWE Network. it should be amazing like all of the Takeover events have been.

i could tell from the first few minutes today that West Brom had come to Old Trafford and was looking for a 0-0 draw against Manchester United. that's exactly what fucking happened. not exactly the kind of frustration i wanted to start my day with.

i did watch the press conference for Anthony Grant this afternoon. i'm interested to see who he will have on his coaching staff and what recruits are still going to come to Dayton, if any. i did like what i heard from him about how Dayton will play. and i do know all the current players love that he has ties to the NBA.

i was really hoping the weather was going to be nice this weekend. instead i have the fucking furnace on as it is in the damn 30's outside. good times.

i suppose that's a good excuse to be inside and watch the Final Four tonight. Gonzaga vs. South Carolina and Oregon vs. North Carolina. or maybe not.

#ThankYouArchie

this blog was going to be mostly about the USA crushing Honduras last night until i got news early this afternoon that Archie Miller was leaving Dayton to take the Indiana job. i always knew this day was coming. i never gave much thought to who was going to be the next coach as i guess part of me never wanted Archie to leave. but, if i'm being honest, Indiana is one of those jobs that i can't argue with leaving Dayton for. now, it's all about who the next coach of Dayton will be and how many of the great recruiting class that is supposed to come to Dayton next season can that coach convince to stay. life as a college basketball fan that cares...
a 7 year contract worth $4 million a season will get anyone to leave Dayton. thanks for putting Dayton back on the national map coach. you will always be loved here.

now, i had a good feeling that the USA would win last night. i didn't expect a 6-0 ass whipping of Honduras that took the team from last place in the group to 4th. now, a win in Panama on Tuesday and it will be officially crisis averted.

NJPW was really good last night.

Real Time with Bill Maher was excellent last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be ROH.

i laughed as i saw someone on Twitter write that if Xavier goes to the Final Four the same day Archie leaves Dayton, he's done with basketball forever. i completely understand.

i will probably watch some of the college basketball tonight. Xavier vs. Gonzaga and Kansas vs, Oregon.

the New York Rangers play late tonight out in California against the Kings. so it will be another late night for me.

i have no clue when i'll be on here tomorrow.

mom hired a cleaning service and they are here now. i'm going to go be a pervert and see what poems pop into my head.

new year, same luck

so my 2017 started off with my order from Etsy getting cancelled because the item i tried to purchase was mistakenly listed as available. my credit card will be refunded. joy. so i spent the next 2 hours trying to find something like what i ordered the first time. i found something and it was half the price i was paying before. not bad. of course, the order still has to actually happen and be shipped before i'll get too giddy.

i did do a little writing last night. 3 poems full of loneliness and despair. hello 2017. i typed them up this morning and will probably send them out sometime next week.

i didn't sleep well at all last night. i think i went to bed around 3 and was back up around 5. i tried going back to sleep but that didn't work. hello insomnia, my name is...

Austin City Limits was great last night.

ROH had some never before seen on television matches last night. excellent.

team USA beat Canada 3-1 yesterday to win the group at the World Juniors. it was the first time the USA had defeated Canada on New Year's Eve since 1998. the USA will now play Switzerland tomorrow.

the New York Rangers won at Colorado last night 6-2. The King returned to the net and became the winningest European born goalie in NHL history. that was a nice, successful road trip. the boys next play Buffalo at home on Tuesday.

and then there's the Ohio State game from last night. honestly, Clemson won every aspect of the game... offense, defense, special teams, coaching, etc. i think the only thing Ohio State won last night was the battle of the bands. a 31-0 loss that didn't feel that close. the only good thing is the game left such a bad taste in the players mouths that most of them that could leave early aren't. so maybe this debacle won't happen again next year.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Wishful Drinking and The Affair.

the New Orleans Saints finish their what could have been again season today at Atlanta. i figure the game will be a shootout. if the Saints win they could finish 8-8 and that's exactly why i figure they will lose.

my uncle is in the hospital again with pneumonia. it's never the cancer that kills you, it's always the other shit that does the trick.

that's all for me today kids. i'll be on here tomorrow after Manchester United plays. hopefully i'll be in a good mood.

it could always be worse

i could feel the freezing rain in my bones last night. it more or less just traps us in the house. and i know my arthritis is only going to get worse. good times.

i'm not sure why the Dayton Flyers start off like shit in the big games this season. last night might have been one of the most dreadful first halves i have ever seen them play. sadly, it was probably the best Northwestern had EVER played, hence the halftime score of 40-17. i told my mother watch, Dayton will get really close in the second half and it will be once again, they dug too big off a fucking hole to get out of. sure enough, Dayton was on fire in the second half and got as close as 3 points. fuck me runnin'. Northwestern won 67-64.

the New York Rangers won last night in Nashville 2-1 in a shootout. i absolutely love that Jimmy Vesey scored in the shootout. he was being booed the entire game for not signing with Nashville when he was drafted by them. i love a kid with some stones. The King was spectacular once again last night in the victory. the Rangers play tonight at home against New Jersey.

Manchester United got a brace from the ageless Zlatan Ibrahimovic yesterday to defeat West Brom 2-0. it was probably one of the better victories United have had this season. amazingly, they are just 4 points from second place as of this morning. and they have some very winnable games coming up. it's time to make a run.

Saturday Night Live was funny some of the time last night. honestly, 2 or 3 sketches had me laughing my ass off and the rest of the show had me changing the channel.

ROH was excellent last night. i could watch The Young Bucks and Adam Cole wrestle for the rest of my life and never get bored.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be the season finale of Shameless, The Affair and Motorhead - Clean Your Clock.

i'll be watching WWE Roadblock: End of the Line for most of the evening tonight. at least on paper, it looks like it should be a great event.

the New Orleans Saints play out in Arizona today. it's another fruitless season for the Saints. oh well.

i did write a poem this morning after i took a shit. i haven't typed it up yet, but it's a special one.

i wrapped all the Christmas gifts i bought last night. i still have one thing i have to make for my sister, but i'll have all that done before the Saints play today.

i suppose i should go out and get the damn Sunday newspaper. hopefully that's not what is in our wet ass driveway.

i hope everyone had a great Saturday. hopefully your Sunday will be even better.

the lightning show

thankfully the lightning show we got last night didn't knock out the satellite. i fucking hate when i got shit ready to record on the DVR and mother nature decides fuck you, figure out how to record them again.

the New York Yankees whipped Baltimore last night, 14-4. i guess it's Gary Sanchez's world and we're just living in it. the win marks the first time all season the Yankees have been 5 games over .500. they play again this afternoon.

NJPW was excellent last night.

Treehouse Masters was pretty good last night as well. although, if i was going to live in a treehouse, i might want to have it insulated.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be ROH. i'll probably watch some of the UFC on Fox tonight as well.

Manchester United plays at Hull City today. 2 undefeated teams going head to head. hopefully i will be enjoying a victory beer later today.

today is also a bit of a sad one for some people around here:
i spent the better part of my teenage years at that place. between concerts and minor league hockey, i was probably there 2 to 3 times a week easy. but, like most of the city i grew up in, it's gone to shit.

i hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday.

the joys of nagging pain

we had a cold front come through here last night. it rained all damn night. i wasn't able to ever truly get comfortable, so i didn't sleep worth a shit. and i had all this shit i wanted to get done today, after the people coming to clean our windows and gutters left. of course, this being my life, they haven't arrived yet. i'd love to get a haircut as these damn bangs are on my final nerve now. it's starting to look like that's going to happen tomorrow.

i'm in a very irritable cranky fucking mood right now. on top of everything, my stomach was churning most of the morning and i decided today was the not day i wanted to spend on the toilet. the problem being after i take 2 pills to stop me up and take away the pain, my next shit tomorrow will be horrific. now i think Monday's doctor's appointment is starting to get to me.

all the guys i had playing last night in fantasy football did pretty good. i picked the game right as well.

The Big Bang Theory was really good last night. i thought it was the best episode of the season so far. Life in Pieces was hilarious once again.

i'm going the lazy route once again for Flashback Friday. here is an old video of mine:
it kind of fits my day so far.

enjoy some music kids:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Undateable, NJPW and The Knick.

the New York Rangers start a quick 2 game road trip tonight in Colorado.  hopefully they will get a win.

just heard that the people coming to clean the windows and gutters aren't coming today now. how i love sitting around all day for nothing. and people wonder why i always argued that at least junkies had ambition.

i will be on here tomorrow after the Dayton Flyers exhibition game. i'm going to that after watching the Manchester United game tomorrow morning. so i will try to squeeze in a blog when i get home, before the Rangers and Ohio State play. the joys of being a sports fan around this time of year. there's always something.

i did get a few laughs in today listening to Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast as well as his newest podcast of his evening show on Sirius/XM.
the wrestling podcast with Xavier Woods is excellent. Sam also did a special one regarding the Seth Rollins injury. we both have the same idea on what they should do for Survivor Series. both of these wrestling podcasts can be found on iTunes, Stitcher, notsam.com and on the right hand side of this blog.

that's all for me today kids. i'm going to take a shower and go find someplace to cut my fucking hair. or, i just shave it all off myself and start over. i suppose i could tell my uncle i'm beating him to the punch for what he'll look like with chemo.

giving in

so, after once again being frustrated with my beard (mostly because i don't like hair with my food and i grow a beard like a sasquatch), the full beard is now just a funky ass goatee. this should help with the dog days of summer. though, i now need to decide what the fuck to do with my hair.

a big thank you to my latest muse on Google+. i wrote 4 poems today with her in mind. she hasn't given me any indication that in a few days she's going to ask me to send money to family in Africa, so that's a good thing. plus, she told me she's been in jail, another good thing. i always have liked women where there is a slight possibility i might get my ass kicked. as usual, i don't have my hopes up, but fuck, one of these times it has to lead to something. right?

two of the poems by the way are really fucking good. they will probably get sent out before the end of the month.

Monday Night Raw was pretty good last night. the brawl between the Undertaker and Brock Lesnar was probably one of the best ones i have seen in about 20 years. when Brock yelled "I'm going to kill you" and the Undertaker replied "You're going to have to" i laughed my ass off. that sold me on the match right there. being an old wrestling fan, i'm all about the small details. i did like that there were two women's matches with Charlotte and Sasha Banks coming out as winners. now if they only would do that for the men coming up from NXT. the rumor i saw today about Kevin Owens being shuffled back down the roster because his merchandise was selling better than Cena's merchandise is so far fetched that it is absolutely true. i would never wish ill will on someone, but man i would love to see Cena stop wrestling SOON. the same damn act for over a decade. and honestly, i blame all the fucking parents for allowing their kids to root for him and buy his shit. my father was a complete asshole but the one thing i will be forever grateful for is he taught me to root for the heel. that the bad guy is way better to root for. and if you see my top 10 list, it's riddled with heels.

here's some music for you to enjoy:

there was plenty of funny shit on last night. strap in boys and girls:

tonight is going to be a busy one. the Yankees start up a series with Baltimore. Manchester United plays the San Jose Earthquakes late tonight. between those games will be WWE Tough Enough, Total Divas, Tyrant and Deadliest Catch. the DVR will be busy tonight.

i think i may be a happy camper when Big Brother rolls around on Wednesday and Thursday. my least favorite house guest seems to be on the way out. thank fucking god.

here's some more funny shit:

that is all for me today. hope this finds everyone with a cool drink or some sexual device in their hands.

and then it all turns to shit...

welcome to the 26th day of National Poetry Month. today i'm shining a light on Donal Mahoney. one of the most prolific poets i have ever read, Donal never lets me down. enjoy the links and find something to share and/or BUY:

had a lovely conversation with the muse last night for about 35 minutes. the problem is the phone call lasted for 45 minutes. but let me rewind the tape here as i have some venting to do. i sent the muse a poem about her that is going to get published here in the summer, as she asked me to do. she read it and said it was a little heartbreaking. i said the truth always is. the problem she had was she never remembers me telling her that i was in love with her. i was crushed. i think i may have only told her a few hundred times over the last 10 years or so. so, after the 35 minutes of her telling me about her life on the west coast, she asks about mine. this is rare as most of our conversations are purely about her and nothing else. so i tell her about the farm, my mother, my father, etc, and the only thing she asks is how much i would be getting from the farm auction. this immediately reminded me of my father as he lived his life solely worried about money and nothing else. after a little back and forth, she asks me if she was always going to be single. i told her that once compromise enters her vocabulary, she'll be fine. and i told her i wasn't speaking about compromise in the way of you changing your morals or beliefs, but more of being tolerant of what others believe. you would have thought i called her a cunt. after she goes on and on about she tried this shit before and never again, the asshole in me had to speak up. so i told her to enjoy being single and miserable. she then calls me an asshole and tells me this is why she never believed me when i said i loved her. this quickly pissed me off as she earlier said she never could remember me telling her that. being the gentleman i am, i thanked her for wasting 45 minutes of my life and hung up on her. so, what i now ask of you, readers, fans, friends, general public, strangers, who the fuck ever... if i EVER speak of the muse again in terms that aren't poetic in nature, you have my PERMISSION to find me, put a gun in my mouth and blow my fucking brains out. i will not allow that CUNT to ruin another day of my life.

the New York Yankees lost yesterday 8-2. i wasn't surprised given the pitching matchup. they play again tonight on ESPN. i'll gladly miss most of that.

needless to say, i didn't sleep good last night. so i was really hoping Manchester United was going to change my vibe for the day. unfortunately, they made it worse. they played like absolute SHIT for the entire 90 minutes. a 3-0 loss at Everton. they are still in 4th, but they need to finish in the top 3 to avoid a playoff for the Champions League. i'm hoping this was just one of those days.

so, in my anger, i decided to put all my music in alphabetical order. nothing like have around a thousand cd's on my bed. took me 3 1/2 hours to get it all done. later this week, i'll do the same with my books. good times.

the WWE is having the Extreme Rules ppv tonight. since i have the WWE Network now, i'm planning on watching it. that means, on the DVR tonight will be Nurse Jackie, Happyish, Silicon Valley, Veep and Last Week Tonight. either the wrestling is going to be so good that i'm in a really good mood and watch a few of those shows before i go to sleep or the wrestling is going to suck and i'm going to watch them all as i'm slowly drinking myself to death.

here's a little music to change the mood:

took mom over to the farm today. she's been letting the family come over and take shit before the auction company decides what they want to auction. of course, mom forgot to make sure she got what she wanted first. i will get to listen to her bitch about this for years to come i imagine. i fed the cats while i was over there. looks like we may be down to 15 cats now. that's all i have seen the last few times over there.

i'm going to get in the shower now (enjoy that visual) and give these old bones a good soaking. i'm in pain from head to toe at the moment. these are the days where i'm certainly yearning for the relief that death will bring.

hope everyone is having a great weekend. i was able to vacuum the house and take out the trash without falling down, so life certainly must be good.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

peace and chicken grease...

bring on the weekend

what do you mean it's not supposed to rain again until Monday?

welcome to the 10th day of National Poetry month. today, i want to shine a little light on the YouTube channel Spoken Verse. i have been a fan of this channel for years. the videos are good and the voice over for the poems is excellent. here are a few videos for you:
do yourself a favor and subscribe to this channel.

i didn't watch much of the Yankees game last night. i guess CC had one bad inning and just like last year, the offense couldn't overcome it. a 6-3 loss to lose the series to the Blue Jays. tonight, the Red Sox come to town. you'd think i'd be all geeked up for a game against the rivals. seeing that the game starts in a few minutes, i really couldn't give a shit. i suppose if i need another nap, i'll watch a few innings.

the New York Rangers started off great after receiving the President's Trophy. but once Ottawa scored 2 goals pretty quickly in the second period, the Rangers decided to play the game like it was a scrimmage. don't get anyone hurt. so they lost 3-0. they play again tomorrow afternoon in Washington. another game that won't mean shit. at this point, i just want to know who they will face in the playoffs.

my fantasy hockey championship match has taken a turn for the worse. i have no clue how i'm going to pull this one out. i haven't given up hope, but it looks like second place once again.

The Big Bang Theory was good last night. Louie and The Comedians were really good as well. and Lip Sync Battle was certainly better than it should have been:

tonight on the DVR will be the latest episode of Vice on HBO. best news show on television.

i had to take mom to the doctor this morning. she was on a call for her job on the drive to the doctor. so, i had no music to listen to. that made for an interesting battle with pain. she didn't break anything, thankfully. after that, we loaded up some more shit from the farm and took it to Goodwill. now (hopefully) all that is left goes either in the trash or to the new house. i suppose we are now in the final stretch.

that's all for me today. the storms are gone until Monday. the power went out for like 15 seconds yesterday. it also knocked out the phone and internet for a few hours. our neighbor said that hardly ever happens over here. i told mom it was clearly obvious that we brought the ghosts with us.

hope everyone has a great weekend. get drunk and go fuck something that coughs.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

victory beers and the lost art of tuning out the world

i have a crazy hair on my neck that is driving me fucking nuts at the moment. not sure why i'm sharing that other than the bizarre visual that some of you might get out of that.

last night was an interesting one for me. after my quiet time with the swimsuit issue, i took a shower. i got out just in time for the New York Rangers game.

i decided to watch the Toronto feed for the game. of course, when the Rangers took the lead, i couldn't change over to the New York feed. i was extremely pissed when the Rangers gave up a 2 goal lead in the 3rd period. thankfully, they found a way to get the next goal and win the game 5-4. way too fucking sloppy for my taste. here are some highlights from the game:

the game got over in the middle of the first half of the Dayton Flyers game. to say the basketball game was ugly is like saying Kanye has a massive ego. the game was bowling shoe ugly. both teams played like shit. now, i love defense, but sometimes it's actually called horrific shooting. thankfully, Dayton played just well enough to hang around and Saint Louis did exactly what they have done all season, folded down the stretch. Dayton scored the last 10 points of the game to win 51-44. what could be considered highlights are here:

those two victory beers really helped me sleep. at least it feels like they did. we got a little ice overnight it looked like. thankfully the sun is out now, taking care of it.

Manchester United plays Burnley this afternoon. it is an absolute MUST WIN game at home. i feel like they will win, but i'd love to see them be ruthless in this game. win by like 5 or 6 goals and i'll feel like they have a real shot at beating out these other teams for the top 4. just get by like they have been doing and i'll feel like it is last season all over again, except for the winning part.

after the game, i believe mom and i are going to the grocery store. that will hopefully produce a few poems for me. i'd like to do some writing late tonight.

i'm really looking forward to Lucha Underground tonight. it should be rather entertaining, given what the previews look like.

if i don't do any writing tonight, i'll be playing catch up on some podcasts.

that's all for me. mom needs this computer and the cats are surely hungry by now. hope everyone has a great day. thanks again for allowing me to waste a few minutes of your precious time.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.
