i remember when the rain used to put me to sleep...

when i woke up this morning in pain, i figured it had to be raining. sure enough. i can't ever remember a May that has started off with this much rain.

i wasn't expecting much from the New York Yankees last night, given the 18 innings they played the night before. but, much like they have for most of the season, they struck early and often and beat the Reds last night 10-4. they will go for a nice 5-0 road trip tonight. it's the first time in 14 years the Yankees have had the best record in the majors after 30 games.

Monday Night Raw was pretty good last night, even though the main event was a bit of a stinker for me.

Gotham was really fucking good last night.

The Voice was really good last night. i have no damn clue which two are going to leave tonight.

i did a little poetry work today. added 13 poems to my next round of submissions. i believe that brings the total to 23. i will probably get those out in the next 48 hours.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, The Voice, Deadliest Catch and Smackdown. i'll watch 205 Live on WWE Network sometime tonight.

i'll be watching the New York Rangers try to force a Game 7 for most of the evening. i'm not really ready for the hockey season to be over, so i'm hoping that the Rangers play like they are capable of playing tonight. i wouldn't mind a repeat of Game 3 or 4 quite frankly. two other series have been forced to a Game 7, might as well make it three.

i did listen to the latest Jim Norton & Sam Roberts podcast today. i highly recommend it. you can find it by going here: https://soundcloud.com/jimandsamshow/ep-025-robert-oneill

i have trash to pick up here and next door, so that's all for me today kids.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

peace and chicken grease...
