so, i just happened to catch my sexy, beautiful woman in Italy early this morning (morning for her, 1 in the morning for me) and we had quite the conversation. and she became the second person this week to ask me to come to Europe. part of me really wishes i could drop everything and just go. but, i have never had fuck you money in my life, so i know that's not possible. and when she told me her mother wants to meet me, i started to laugh. no, i don't think she does. of course, she tells me this right as i was typing her a story of me eating her out. even as perverse as i am, that was fucking weird. but, when she sent me a little video last night, let's just say i'm totally in fucking love. so, now it becomes my search for courage to send a little video back, especially given my self-hatred. and deciding what i have to sell off to start saving money to first get a fucking passport and then actually board a plane for the first time in 30 years to fly to Italy. and even as i type this, i think this could all be a ploy or an evil plot from god just to fuck with me. of course, when your mind is consumed with a beautiful woman, certain shitty things are allowed to persist without much care.
the New York Yankees got another shitty start from Sonny Gray last night and lost 6-2 at Toronto. hopefully they will get a win this afternoon.
NJPW was excellent last night. i think i could watch Omega wrestle Okada for the rest of my life and never get bored.
Major League Wrestling was pretty good last night.
VICE was really good last night.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be ROH, Bill Maher: Live in Oklahoma and NJPW G1 Special in San Francisco.
World Cup Update:
England defeated Sweden 2-0 this morning. this is the first time England has made it this far in 28 years. they will play the winner of Croatia vs. Russia.
the weather was nice enough that i was able to get out this morning and feed the birds. plus, we were able to open the windows, turn the air conditioning off and air the house out a bit. of course, the air conditioning will be back on soon as summer is supposed to be back like hell early next week.
i will probably be on here in the morning tomorrow. i will know by then for sure when the next round of poems will be going out.
i hope everyone has a great Saturday. my apologies to everyone in Sweden, at least you made it farther in the World Cup than Germany, the side i foolishly picked to win it.

so the phone call with my best friend went better than i thought it would yesterday. i can't imagine getting a cancer diagnosis on your 45th birthday. of course, ask me again in 3 years. i think she's going to get the help she needs and be in a better place on the other side of it. at least, that's my fucking hope.
i did write 7 poems today. mom cancelled her physical therapy, so i wrote them at home. as you might imagine, they are pretty fucking dark. i really like a few of them. i believe that puts me at 40 poems for the month. that's a pretty decent pace so far. i typed the poems up after i got done feeding the birds today. amazingly, the hot pepper suet i put out for them almost lasted 4 damn hours. they treat it like crack, it's amazing.
the New York Yankees were rained out last night. so, they will have to go back to Washington D.C. to make up the suspended and rained out game against the Nationals in June. the Yankees are off tonight and start a series at Kansas City tomorrow night.
NXT was really good last night.
Being Serena was very good last night as well.
here are your highlights from the NHL and NBA playoffs last night.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, the season finale of Gotham and the season finale of Life in Pieces.
i will probably watch some of the NHL playoffs tonight as well.
i put out the hummingbird feeders today. i'm hoping to see some here soon. i'd love to try to get some video of it. if that ever happens, i'll definitely post it on the blog.
i'll be on here tomorrow after i go to the grocery store. mom has already told me i'll be doing the shopping by myself tomorrow. that should make it a little more interesting.

and your whatever the fuck i wanted you to see video of the day:
i was ready to fall asleep last night. i had some music on. the lotion was put away. and then i had a line of words enter my head that lit a fucking fire in my imagination. here's the words... wake up each morning and wish for a death that will make the six o'clock news. that sent the wheels in motion. i got 2 poems out of it. i typed them up this morning. i really like both of them. hopefully i can get those published in the next month or so.
the cold front finally came through and the rain was definitely needed. it didn't rain as much as i would have liked, but it did at least get everything wet. we were out and about when most of it came. amazingly, the trips to the stores yesterday went much smoother than i think my mother or i expected. and i was able to get back home in time to watch team USA play in the Women's World Cup.
the ladies looked a little shaky to start things out. Hope Solo thankfully was on right from the start. i think the last 30 minutes or so the USA was able to really wear down Australia. USA wins 3-1. next up is a huge game against Sweden.
Monday Night Raw started off last night really good:
and then it got even better:
sadly, it was all downhill from there. hopefully that means they will be amazing this Sunday at the Money in the Bank ppv.
here's some funny shit from last night:
i woke up this morning and decided we should open the windows and give the air conditioning a break. mostly because it's supposed to be in the 90's the next couple of days. nothing quite like being a fat hairy person in the summer.
the birds seem to like the new food i got them. i have had to move some feeders around. as i told mom, are we feeding them for us to watch or for them to live. she said it was for us to watch. so, i of course moved two feeders where we can't see them easily. the joy of being an asshole.
enjoy a quick music break:
the New York Yankees start a quick two game series tonight with the Nationals. it's a great pitching matchup tonight, so i figure the final score will be 9-8. hopefully the Yankees can keep the winning streak going.
on the DVR tonight will be Deadliest Catch.
today was FREE music day between iTunes and NoiseTrade. i also got a free song with a Pringles promotion. so, all the music you see today i got for FREE. i'll provide some links for the ones on NoiseTrade.
i will probably be on here early tomorrow before it gets really hot and i get really fucking cranky. i've got shit situated in my room now that i might start cranking out some YouTube videos again. at least that looks good when typed. i've got a few ideas floating in my head. i just need to match up poems to video ideas. there's the tricky part.
that's all for today. go enjoy a fine glass of wine or an expensive meal on a stranger's credit card.

if you read that title and think the worst... you're off by a few years. if you read that title and got settled in your chair and was ready for some uncomfortable storytelling, you know me very well. and if you read that title and are reading this blog for the first time.. BUY A FUCKING BOOK.
i got up this morning and took a solid shit. i had 5 or so hours of disjointed sleep, but felt pretty good. i figured i would get outside and start getting some shit done before it got too hot. about 3 steps into going down to get the paper, my stomach asks me where the fuck did i think i was going? like the stubborn fucker i am, i kept walking. walking up the driveway with the paper, i could feel my stomach churning and some shit start to poke out. fuck me. i got to the toilet with about 3 seconds to spare. one mess avoided. so, after some Imodium, i go out and start feeding the birds. i put out a new solar light we got yesterday and then i wanted to test out the new hose we got. i turned on the water for the outside and the garage. imagine my surprise when some fucker left the water spigot in the garage completely open. imagine my surprise when my mother had an open cardboard box underneath that spigot. now, if i grew up in a nurturing, loving household, this would be something to laugh about and say oh well to. i didn't grow up in that house. in my dysfunctional mind, i'm 9 years old and helping my father try to fix a lawnmower and i spill some oil and it's the end of the fucking world, AGAIN. anytime i have ever tried to do something good it blows up in my fucking face. i pull weeds for my mother when i was 18 so i could go to Woodstock. what happens? i get covered in poison ivy from head to toe and have to watch the concert from home in the basement. i eventually got what could be saved dried off and the rest thrown away. by the way, the hose works.
i had a blueberry muffin and coffee for breakfast. 30 seconds after being done with that, back to the toilet. these are the days i'm convinced i will kill myself before i get to 50 years old. and no matter how many times my mother tells me it's ok, don't worry about it, shit happens, etc., the more i beat myself up about it. i know i am not perfect. yet, i still expect myself to be perfect. i never have been able to stomach mistakes. such a beautiful trait handed down to me from my father. 4th grade. i walk home, proud, prepared to show my father my spelling test that i got the highest score in the class on. i get home, find him sitting at the table in his underwear eating a bowl of cereal. i show him the test. i got a 97 on it. he asks me where the other three points are. i tell him i missed one word. he asks me why. i had no answer for him, i just missed it. he then looks me in the eyes and tells me that a 97 isn't good enough. that tells me anything less than perfection and my father wouldn't love me. well, didn't that come fucking true. yet, here i am, still wanting to be perfect hoping one day that dead fucker will love me. and people wonder why i refuse to have children.
needless to say, if i ever get done beating myself up today, i might actually plant those wildflowers or enjoy some television. if not, get ready for some poems of despair.
a quick music break to clean the pallet:
the trip to the grocery store yesterday turned into a trip to 2 different stores. and wouldn't you know it, some of the shit that we got doesn't fit, so we get to take it back today. fucking joy. i think i intimidated the bag boy at the grocery store so damn bad that the dumb fuck forgot to put the saucepan mom paid for in our cart. that was a fun, frantic search once we got home. the chair we got from the other store doesn't fit the space in the kitchen. mom has decided she's going to move her office to the kitchen. yesterday was a bit frustrating. we got back home just in time for me to see Barcelona score the first goal. we left nearly 3 hours before the game was to start.
Barcelona beat Juventus 3-1 yesterday to win the Champions League. the game went pretty much how i thought it would go. Juventus did a good job containing Messi, but, unless you have 16 or so players, you can't stop Neymar and Suarez at the same time as Messi.
after that was over, i squeezed in the new episode of ROH. it was outstanding, if this is the episode they show on this upcoming Wednesday, i'll gladly watch it again.
then, it was time to watch some history. i've been waiting since my childhood for a horse to win the Triple Crown. my grandmother got me into horse racing. we used to watch every race together when i was a child. so when American Pharoah came around the final turn, i thought of her. and when the horse won, i started to cry. 37 fucking years later, and there is finally another Triple Crown winner. American Pharoah was in the lead the entire race. what a great horse.
since the Yankees were blacked out in my area, i sort of flipped between the hockey game, some home improvement shows and the internet last night.
the Yankees won 8-2. they go for a sweep of the Angels this afternoon. hopefully they can keep the ball rolling.
i did watch some of the UFC last night. i really wanted to see if Dan Henderson has anything left. i guess he isn't finished yet:
i'm looking forward to the Sunday night shows tonight. of course, i'll have all of them on the DVR tonight just in case: Nurse Jackie, Happyish, Penny Dreadful, Silicon Valley, Veep and Last Week Tonight. i'll probably watch some of the NBA Finals tonight as well. the last 5 minutes if it happens to be close.
that's all for me today. go read the 4 poems i've had published in the last 48 hours and if you like them, tell the world that you do. i'll be on here sometime tomorrow, mental and weather permitting.
be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

the more i get around people, the more i am able to stomach the situation. not that i am more accepting of ignorance or racism, i find myself less likely to simply write those dumb fucks off after a few seconds like before. now, i usually give them a minute or so. progress.
after following mom to return her rental car, we went to Applebee's for lunch. i haven't been to this restaurant in years. the menu was an obvious sign that it had been even longer than i thought. i wanted to get something that wouldn't blow up my stomach, so what better than pretzels, cheese, bacon, ham, turkey, bread and lemonade. i figure i'm doing my best to make sure i'm dead sometime in my 40's. i watched some of the USA soccer game while i was there, but they weren't playing well, so i didn't mind leaving when we did. more on that later.
we went to Menards after lunch. we found stuff for the birds and hopefully some pots that will work for the wildflowers i want to plant. sadly, i think we brought the wind from the farm out here with us. we also got a bird feeder for my uncle. of course, mom made me go over and give it to him while he was sitting out with the neighbors on the other side of his house. meeting new people is not a fun task for me. i did bite my tongue when i noticed the wife of Carl had two black eyes. i was proud of myself not making the obvious domestic violence joke right then and there. as i told my mother when i got home, i deserve sainthood after 25 minutes of listening to my aunt complain about her bad hips. mom, who hit her head while we were at the store, wasn't in the mood. that's always fun.
so after putting out the new flag, the new solar lights, a new hummingbird feeder and putting away the new birdseed, i decided to get online and check some scores. HOLY SHIT. how the fuck did the USA come back and win that game?
more on that after this music break:
when i saw the USA beat the Netherlands 4-3, i thought it was a joke. they were losing 3-1 when i left the restaurant. when i saw the goals that won it, i was really happy. that's the first win EVER over the Dutch. and it is only the 3rd time in 45 years that the team has come back to win after being down by 2 or more goals. talk about an unexpected victory beer. enjoy some goals:
i laughed when i saw that Bobby Wood scored the winner. when i was leaving the restaurant, i was telling mom that he has all the talent in the world but has no fucking clue how to put it together on the national stage. one of the few times where i enjoy being wrong. of course, i truly hope this wasn't simply a case of the sun shining on a dog's ass.
the New York Yankees broke out the long ball once again and entered the 9th inning last night leading 8-1. what happened next had me angrier than shit. the Angels batted around and had the game tying run at 3rd base when the Yankees finally got the last out. a 8-7 win that felt like a damn loss. that was a very angry victory beer.
that anger took a little while to leave me last night. thankfully, i had shit to watch on TV. NJPW was excellent last night. 2 very good tag team matches. i then watched VICE. easily, one of the best news shows around. i highly recommend that EVERYONE watches it.
today is going to be a busy one. i believe mom and i are going to the grocery store this morning. that should be fun. i say that with clenched fists. i'm hoping we're back home before the Champions League final between Juventus and Barcelona. as much as i would love to see Juventus win because of Patrice Evra, i can't imagine Messi not winning another title. after that, it will be time for the Belmont Stakes. i'm really hoping to see a Triple Crown winner this year. it's been too damn long since the last one (1978). i don't know if i'll watch Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final after that or the Yankees play. late tonight it will be ROH and god knows what else is on as i'm trying to get to sleep.
if i manage to sneak in a nap sometime today, i fully expect to get some writing done late tonight.
whatever happens i'll be back on here tomorrow morning.
i hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday. hopefully the weather is good wherever you are. if you are watching the Champions League Final, enjoy the game. if you aren't watching the game, please understand that the rest of the ENTIRE world is, so enjoy your loneliness.

i figured i better do one of these again before the world forgets that this blog actually exists. i still am in the process of moving. most of my shit is over here. mom has procrastinated to the point where our furniture will arrive on March 23rd. we have been able to get some of the furniture over in the SUV, so it somewhat feels like a house. the weather hasn't helped much at all.
as for me personally, my shoulder is getting better. i don't feel the pinch as often these days. my right ankle is brutal right now. arthritis (at least i hope that's what it is) is killing me in that ankle. i go to the doctor in a few weeks for my 3 month checkup. that should be an interesting visit.
i am in the playoffs for fantasy hockey at the moment. of course, my team is dealing with injuries, as usual.
the New York Rangers have been playing amazing hockey without The King. to be first in the entire league is truly fucking amazing at this point.
the Dayton Flyers got totally fucking hosed by the selection committee for the NCAA tournament. they were the last team in even though there were a handful of teams that they are absolutely better than. so to turn around and play in the First Four is fucking ridiculous. to find out that if they didn't make it to the finals of the A10 tourney and they wouldn't have been in the field at all is truly fucking ridiculous. at least i'll get to see them play tomorrow. they play Boise State. if they win, they get to play Providence in Columbus on Friday. that would make 5 games in 7 days for them. all with 7 fucking players.
i did fill out a few brackets. i think i have Kentucky winning it all on most of them.
i did write my first poems since i moved. i think they are pretty good. i will get around to sending them out in a few weeks. between trying to move shit each day and take care of the cats, helping my mom and then battling a true lack of sleep, unless i'm typing at 3 in the morning, i simply have no time for submissions at this moment.
i did find it comforting that a guy down the road was cleaning his motorcycles over the weekend blasting Black Sabbath. at least not everyone on this cul-de-sac is on the verge of death.
i've had to get some new bird feeders to battle the fucking squirrels over here. these flying rats are everywhere.
the hockey games that we had tickets to are over. my sister is toying with the idea of getting some tickets for next season. the kicker though is she will be in Africa for a month. so, i doubt that we'll get tickets next season.
here are the basketball games i'll be watching in person today and tomorrow:
Manhattan vs. Hampton and Ole Miss vs. BYU
North Florida vs. Robert Morris and Boise St. vs. Dayton
seeing that the late games don't start until 9 PM each night, i'll be fucking tired beyond belief these next two days. but, as long as i get to see Dayton stick it to the selection committee and win on Wednesday, i'll be fine.
thank god i do have a DVR now. as you might imagine, i'm recording fucking everything. it's made my life much less stressful.
the series ending episode of The Jinx was fucking awesome. i saved it on the DVR as i'll watch that over and over.
once i get a little more settled and back in the swing of things, i'll take some pictures of the new place and show everyone just how fucking packed my room actually is. once i get everything up on the wall, i'll basically be the sociopath that some actually believe i am.
that's all for me today. i hope everyone is doing well. happy St. Patrick's Day to all my drunk friends out there.
i'll probably get back to doing this everyday once the baseball season starts going.
be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

i did get some sweet ass new business cards. i'll be sending those out soon.
i couldn't sleep for shit last night until i jerked off for the first time in weeks. and of course, being the asshole i am, i used the bad arm to do it as i sadly tend to enjoy the pain. that bought me at least 2 hours of sleep. so, i might have got 4 hours last night in total. the right amount if i was 23 or so. sadly, at 38, i'm living more like a guy who smokes pot and naps all day long. i wouldn't mind the pot part, but napping all day long isn't for me.
in between the naps today, i did manage to write 2 poems. i will hopefully type them up this weekend.
the New York Rangers lost 2-1 last night. they had so many chances to win last night but lost the game in the last 2 minutes of the 3rd period. that could end up being some huge lost points. of course, go out and beat Pittsburgh tonight and no one will remember last night.
i spent 45 minutes in the damn cold today feeding the cats and filling the bird feeders. thankfully, there was no wind and i'm smart enough to dress in layers. and i made damn sure to take some oxy before i went out to do that.
i do enjoy this dream/awake stage the pain pills put me in at times. takes me back to my youth and the glorious moments where i really expanded my brain. glory days.
i suppose tonight i'll be watching some of the opening ceremony in Russia for the Winter Olympics, but not that much. there are some hockey games i need to watch and some college hockey i need to watch as well. and that damn tree house show that has become a guilty pleasure to watch on Friday nights. i suppose because i never had one as a kid.
The Big Bang Theory was really good last night. it also reminded me that i haven't had a girlfriend at Valentine's Day in damn near 20 years. money saved i suppose but so much other shit i have missed out on. hello depression.
not sure when i'll be on here tomorrow. probably sometime before Dayton plays tomorrow. maybe i'll make it a morning post while i'm high on pain pills. i do know the women's hockey starts over in Russia in the middle of the night tonight. i know damn well what i'll be watching if i can't sleep tonight. and not in a sexual way you perverts.
that's all for me. be well and stay warm. continue with the good vibes as this is one tough motherfucker of pain i'm trying to beat. and in the words of Ice Cube, today was a good day.

i was hoping to start February much better than my January ended with the New York Rangers playing like absolute shit last night and the very public ending of one of the best friendships of my life.
with that being said, i woke up freezing this morning as i must have tossed and turned all night long and the covers were nowhere near me. and seeing that the wind chill was somewhere around -10 (hard to believe it was damn near 60 a few days ago), i knew this was going to be one of those days.
didn't see many cats when i fed them this morning. hopefully they were either hiding or had started hunting, as the sun was out, and weren't waiting on my fat ass to get out there to feed them. put out a good amount of bird food as well seeing that we're supposed to get another 2 or 3 inches of snow tomorrow.
i totally enjoyed Super Bowl week on The Dan Patrick Show. in my mind, it is absolutely the best sports show on tv or radio. nothing else is close. as for the Super Bowl itself, i really couldn't give a shit who wins. if i have to root for someone, i'll pick the 49ers only because i wouldn't mind seeing Ray Lewis' last game be a loss.
sent out some poems today to Jeremy Benson and Gutter Eloquence Magazine. the poem i sent to Jeremy has already been accepted for publication. hard to imagine how far all this shit has come when i think back to when i first started sending poems out in the 90's. from stamps and waiting for weeks to hitting send and a few hours later. now i really sound like some old fucker thinking about the good ole days. not that they were really that good to begin with.
back to sports for a second. saw the Yankees signed Travis Hafner today. if he is healthy, i really don't mind this signing. he should be able to provide some power the team has lost due to injury or free agents leaving. of course, it will take a minor miracle for him to stay healthy for the entire season.
not exactly sure what i'm going to be doing tonight. maybe some hockey on tv. maybe something else, not really sure. i do know after i get done with this i have some toilets to clean and a bathroom floor to swiffer. that should be fun with my bad back.

hello again my friends. so, here goes... took a nasty little spill on Friday on the farm. we got 5 inches of snow (we were only expecting 2) and had just got done shoveling. i fed the cats and then started on feeding the birds. we have a feeder on the other side of a little hill and sure enough, my fat ass slipped on the hill and fell hard. hard enough that as soon as the headaches really started coming on, i figured i gave myself a concussion. thankfully, after a night of good sleep and a hot shower, the headaches and most of the pain was gone. needless to say, until the ground thaws, i'll be walking around the hill.
my Saturday started off well and amazingly, got better as the day went on. my shipment from amazon.com came 2 days early. always love when that happens. on a side note, started using their cloud player. holy shit i've bought a ton of music from them over the years. next, watched Manchester United have a nice and tidy win in the FA Cup. they now advance to the final 16. went right from that to going to see the Dayton Flyers get their second win in a row. they of course made it more difficult than it needed to be, but a win is a win. got home from that in time to watch the New York Rangers get their second win of the season. 4 goals in the 3rd period always helps. helps my fantasy team as well. got a nice lead in fantasy hockey going into the final day of the week. hopefully, i will have a good day to hold that lead.
so, 3 victory beers later, a little Saturday Night Live and Ring of Honor, i decided i was going to try to stay up and watch the men's final of the Australian Open. of course, i fell asleep as the match was starting. i'm getting too old for this shit.
got some freezing rain coming later today, followed by rain and a warm up of 40 degrees. so, that 5 inches of snow will be about 3 inches of mud by tomorrow. so, i need to get my ass moving and get all my outside shit done soon. hope everyone has a good rest of the weekend.
the sun is out and it is beautiful. a nice cool breeze, hardly any humidity, damn near perfect. i take a quick shower and poof, where did the sun go? dark clouds but no rain. talk about a good day ruined.
took a trip to the bank. glad to see my hometown is still on the downward spiral it started 25 years ago. after a trip to the old house, it was back home to feed the birds.
i really only feed the birds to keep the cats entertained. once in a blue moon they catch one.
