the illusion of choice

while i am thankful this fucking election cycle ends today, it won't solve anything, it won't change anything, and it certainly won't end the divisiveness in this country. what's worse, if you're not a sports fan, there is basically nothing else on television tonight other than the election, thank god i'll have other shit to watch.

The Voice last night was like watching 3 nights crammed into one. everyone performed and 20 performers became 12 by the end of the night. just about everyone i wanted to advance did, so i'm not too pissed. here's a few of my favorites from last night:

Gotham was fucking great last night. the show gets better each damn week.

Monday Night Raw was taped since they are over in Scotland. so, i knew most of what happened. that made it pretty damn easy to fast forward a bunch of shit. i enjoyed The New Day doing Braveheart and the main event where Kevin Owens mistakenly pinned Chris Jericho sets up plenty of possibilities for the future. but, as usual, 3 hours is just too damn long.

enjoy some more music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight and Smackdown.

the New York Rangers will look to extend their winning streak tonight at home against a struggling Vancouver team. hopefully i'll be enjoying a victory beer later tonight. i'll probably need it.

i'm not a big fan of the trade the Rangers made today. why give up a young defenseman that can actually fight for an older defenseman that you more or less already have on your roster. that's a fucking head scratcher for me.

i'll probably also do a little writing tonight. it's supposed to be raining, so that will be how i deal with misery.

i got some great FREE music on NoiseTrade this afternoon. i'll post the links below in the music section.

that's all for me kids. i'm off to the shower.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

peace and chicken grease...
