of course, more rain...

i didn't mind the rain when i lived on the farm. i knew we needed it for the crops. but, i'm not on the farm now. and to wake up to rain for like the 3rd day in a row sucks. i know some asshole out there is like think of the alternative. guess what, i have been since i was 8 years old.

the New York Yankees lost last night at home to the Cubs, 3-0. i guess the only time they can win now is when their pitchers are perfect.

WWE Smackdown and NXT Level Up were both really good last night.

AEW Rampage was good last night.

the season finale of Painting with John was excellent last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be AEW Collision.

so, i woke up this morning to the news that David de Gea was leaving Manchester United after 12 years. i wasn't surprised by this, but i am really disappointed that he never got the sendoff he deserved after all these years at the club.

the Gold Cup starts back up today. i'll probably watch that and some of the MLS games.

i know mom wants pizza today. hopefully, they will get my order right this time.

i have a couple of poems swimming in my head. hopefully, those will come to shore later today.

i have no clue when i will be on here tomorrow.

i hope everyone has a great Saturday.

get me to the weekend please...

i have been to the grocery store 3 fucking times in the last 12 hours. between buying food, dropping off prescriptions and then picking up those prescriptions while dropping off yet another one!!!! as i told my mother last night when she told me i didn't need to make the pork chops, mashed potatoes and peas after all the running i did, pizza would be fine... i don't mind as this is all the adult shit i've been trying to avoid since i was 8 years old. at least everyone around my mother knows now that i'm not the complete piece of shit that so many believed i was over the years.

mom did pretty good today getting to the doctor's office. it probably helped that she had two different painkillers in her system at the time. now, the trip home was a bit tricky as she was tired and her back started fucking with her. but, apparently Burger King is her new vice, so...

i pressed my luck last night. whenever i buy alcohol, the sports teams i live and die with will lose. so, seeing that the Yankees were playing the Red Sox last night and the USA men's national team was playing Trinidad & Tobago, i figured fuck it. a bottle of rum and a bottle of Jagermeister. thankfully, both got used last night.

the New York Yankees got more great pitching from Pineda last night and Gary Sanchez continued his mastery of David Price as the Yankees whipped the Red Sox 9-1. that's how you win a series. they start a series tonight against Baltimore.

the USA men's national team struggled for most of the first half against Trinidad & Tobago. they were getting plenty of shots and possession, but were never clinical enough to score. in the second half, the boy wonder took over once again. Christian Pulisic is the real fucking deal. 18 years old and easily the best American player i have ever fucking seen. the USA won 2-0, with Pulisic scoring both goals. that sets up a HUGE match at Mexico on Sunday night, one that Christian has said that the USA was going to win. if he and the team pulls that off, it will be a first of hopefully many fucking miracles this kid does for this team and country.

i didn't watch much of the hockey game last night. clearly, i didn't miss anything.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be VICE, NJPW and Real Time with Bill Maher.

my sister is stopping by tonight for dinner. i have no clue if she is staying for longer than that or not.

it's supposed to be hot as fuck here this weekend. damn good thing i bought some new sunscreen. it may get a workout this weekend.

that's all for me today kids. i hope everyone has a great weekend.

be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

peace and chicken grease...

and here comes the rain, at least the clouds

i'm running on not much sleep, but i do have some links for your national poetry month goodies:

yesterday was mostly a sports day for me to forget. Manchester United looked lost and disinterested for most of the game against Everton and lost 2-0. there are reports today that David Moyes is going to be fired. i'll believe it when i see it.

the New York Rangers got up 2-0 on the Flyers and then feel into their usual Game 2 trap. for some fucking reason, they took the foot off the gas and got shelled, losing 4-2. not pretty.

the New York Yankees turned a win into a near loss into a win in extra innings yesterday. 5-1 in 12 innings. they play 3 games at the Red Sox starting tomorrow night.

the Sunday night shows were good as usual. Nurse Jackie made me long for my days on drugs. Californication is the show i always wanted to write. Silicon Valley was really good. i think that show is really starting to click. Veep is always funny as sadly, that's how the government actually works. Total Divas was really good. i need to get to Hawaii one day before i die. and Years of Living Dangerously is so sad to see how this planet is being raped by the greedy and the ignorant. i usually have to have a rest period after that show or i'll go to sleep angry.

tonight is my usual struggle between The Voice and Monday Night Raw. The Voice is live tonight, so i'll probably give that some more attention.

spent most of today doing some running for my mother and fucking around on iTunes. mom has this one spot that is leaking where it looks like the liquid glue they used to close her up didn't work. so, that's been fun trying to get that bleeding stopped while trying my best to not cause anymore pain. that's a little tricky to say the least. she got some sleep today, so hopefully she'll start feeling better soon.

it's supposed to rain tonight into the morning. that should help either both of us sleep better or be angry as fuck with pain. i'll let you know tomorrow.

check out the right hand side of the blog for my latest gift, the i crave freebies links. they actually work. use them people.

that's all for me. be well. hope everyone enjoyed the weekend.

peace and chicken grease bitches.
