so my doctor's appointment went pretty good yesterday. my A1C hadn't really changed. my numbers in my bloodwork were all good, except for the one liver number. when i explained that i was diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver disease and i experience no pain from it, the doc seemed cool with it. i go back on St. Patrick's Day, 2022.
The Voice went as i expected last night. my final 3 were the final 3 for the show. Girl Named Tom won.
i did see Steph Curry set the 3 point record last night. here are your NBA highlights:
the New York Rangers lost in Colorado last night, 4-2. they play the Coyotes tonight on the road.
