with storms on the way...

i got some shitty sleep last night, but i did manage to at least get the grocery shopping started before noon today. i had to go to the drugstore to look for some things first. of course, they didn't have a couple of the things i was looking for. i did pick up a pack of 2020 Topps Series 1 there and got a couple of hits in it. i was pleased with that. the local grocery store was pretty fucking busy for noon on a Wednesday. the larger grocery store was more of a damn zoo with the elderly leading the pissed off parade. i got most of everything on the list except for some alcohol swabs. i'm hoping that's not the next fucking thing these stupid fucks are hoarding.

i finally got an appointment scheduled to have my nurse visit with one of my doctors. i was supposed to get a shot back in April, but the fucking pandemic got in the way of that. so, i'm really hoping the nurse is right and it will be fine to have it done on Monday.
