i did watch part 1 of I Love You, Now Die last night. watching some of that home footage was like a punch to the gut. part 2 should be rather interesting tonight as well.
Smackdown was great last night. and i love what they are doing with Kevin Owens.
205 Live was pretty good last night.
Deadliest Catch was crazy last night.
i did watch a little of the All-Star game last night. love that Tanaka got the win and Chapman got the save for the American League. hopefully, that's a sign for good things to come for the New York Yankees in the second half.

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, part 2 of I Love You, Now Die, Snowfall and Big Brother. i will watch NXT sometime tonight on WWE Network. i watched NXT UK this afternoon, it was pretty good.
i guess we're supposed to get some storms tonight and tomorrow. so, i'll probably be in my massage chair trying to sleep or let the ice freeze my spine. that tends to help me with my nerve pain.
