for some fucking reason last night, i couldn't fall asleep. now, this happens sometimes when i am writing and my brain just gets going and never stops. last night wasn't one of those nights. sometimes the alcohol gets me going. not one of those either. anyways, i didn't fall asleep until almost 5 AM. i woke up a little before 10 and my mother was already awake. and the problem with that is, i know i am already hours behind. joy.
the USWNT defeated Vietnam last night, 3-0. next, they will play the Netherlands on Wednesday night.
the New York Yankees won last night at home over the Royals, 5-4. hopefully, they will win again this afternoon.
i did catch some of the Leagues Cup last night. Lionel Messi certainly has a flair for the dramatic.
Manchester United plays Arsenal today in a preseason "friendly" in New Jersey.
i might watch some of the Leagues Cup tonight and the Women's World Cup.
i have no damn clue when i will be on here tomorrow.
i hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday.
