i heard back from Cristina at Synchronized Chaos on my poetry submission from earlier today. my poems "when you are defeated", "a sigh of relief", "this kind of pleasure", "one of those nights" and "admitting defeat" have been accepted for publication. they will appear on the site on December 1st.
