so, i was coming home from Menards this afternoon. i was about a few miles from home when it started to fucking pour. i laughed to myself, i guess this was why the guy that mows our lawn was out there this morning. at least the Highlander got washed. by the time i got home, it was basically over. just barely a drizzle as i walked down to get the mail. i did find everything i was looking for at Menards.
my nerve pain has been on and off today. the arthritis is still fucking raging from the rain earlier. joy.
i did watch a ton of the NFL game last night. the Chiefs beat the Ravens, 27-20.
Big Brother was good last night. Joseph was evicted. Chelsie is the new HOH.
NJPW was excellent last night.
the Yankees played the Cubs this afternoon. that was part of the reason i went to Menards this afternoon. i was hoping they would play better without me watching. sure enough, the Yankees won today, 3-0.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Smackdown, AEW Collision, AEW Rampage and Real Time with Bill Maher. i'll watch NXT Level Up sometime tonight on Peacock.
also on Peacock tonight will be the Eagles and Packers playing down in Brazil.
i should be on here tomorrow in the morning.
i will hopefully be on here before the USMNT plays Canada tomorrow.
i need to go ice my neck down and figure out what i'm making for dinner.
until tomorrow kids...

and your whatever the fuck i wanted you to see video of the day:
i didn't get to bed until after 5 this morning. part of that was mom wasn't asleep yet. the other part was i have a tendency to need to drain my brain to actually sleep. so, i woke up in a pool of my own drool at 10 in the morning. that was certainly later than i wanted to. after filling the toilet with piss, i was wondering why i was in pain. of course, it was raining. just enough to make the arthritis ache like a motherfucker. joy.
i did get all the grocery shopping done. didn't have a long list this week, so i was able to keep it under $150.
the Yankees won last night at home against Detroit, 5-1. they are back to .500 now, amazingly. hopefully, they will win again tonight.
NXT was very good last night.
Deadliest Catch was good last night.
the season finale of Hard Knocks was excellent last night.
having Inside the NFL on regular tv was kind of weird. having it on the CW was really weird as well. i'm guessing once the show gets to going over the games each week, it will get better.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be AEW Dynamite and Big Brother.
i need to get all trash picked up tonight as tomorrow is trash day. of course, half the people forgot around here and their trash has been out all day long. they always push it back a day when we have a holiday on Monday.
i have no clue when i will be on here tomorrow.
i will hopefully get some writing done tonight and maybe even shave. the facial hair is looking a little too much like a homeless person at the moment.

so, i didn't sleep well last night and my back was killing me all day. i do think those two are related and i really have no choice in these matters, especially when my mother was still talking to herself in her sleep at 4 AM. joy.
the Yankees won yesterday against the Twins, 5-2. Aaron Judge is carrying this team by himself. he hit his 54th HR yesterday. the Yankees are rained out tonight, so they will play a doubleheader tomorrow.
Monday Night Raw was really good last night. i love how you never know what the fuck is going to happen anymore.
Industry was good last night.
Don't Forget the Lyrics was pretty good last night.

on the DVR tonight will be NXT, Deadliest Catch, the season finale of Hard Knocks and the season finale of What We Do in the Shadows.
i did listen to episode 411 of Notsam Wrestling last night. you can hear that by going here:
so, i exhausted my brain last night, to the point at 3 this morning, i felt like i was dead. and of course, i was up this morning at 7.i guess 4 hours of sleep is all i can get in one sleep session.
the Yankees lost to Baltimore yesterday, 8-7. the Yankees are still playing down to their competition. fuck me. now, they start a 4 game series at home against Toronto. if they piss around in these games they'll find themselves out of a playoff spot completely.
i did catch the ending to the Notre Dame vs. Florida St. game last night. that was crazy.
i was getting updates on the AEW ppv all night long. if i would have had the $50 to spend on it, i would have. i love that Ruby Soho, Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson are now in AEW. those are the kind of surprises that makes pro wrestling fun.
Big Brother was good last night.
Billions was fucking excellent last night.
Power Book III: Raising Kanan was really good last night.
Heels was very good last night.
the USMNT played Canada to a 1-1 draw last night. for a game that the USA coach said was a MUST WIN, he certainly didn't coach like it was. he waited way too fucking long to make his substitutions. and it certainly showed when they had long spells where they couldn't generate anything. now, they have to go get a win in Honduras. good fucking luck.
