i know when i wake up from a dream about my father...

it's never a good thing. and it's not often a dream, more of a recollection of a nightmare. and when i start my day off like this, i know a shit storm isn't far behind.

i did do a little poetry work today. i should have a nice batch of submissions tomorrow.

The Voice was pretty good last night.

Obi Toppin added to his haul of awards today, winning the Wooden Award. that means he won every major player of the year award in college basketball.

so i found out my nurse's visit on Thursday has been canceled. of course, i only found out because i asked. i was supposed to get my second Hep A vaccine shot that day. so, now i'm wondering where that leaves me in that process. joy.
