so, mom wasn't feeling good today so she canceled her appointment. thankfully, she got one for next Thursday. she really needs her back injection. i'm hoping to get the blog done before i go out to the living and fall asleep watching the Champions League.
here are your 3 videos for this day of national poetry month:
the New York Yankees won last night ay home against the Marlins, 7-0. hopefully, they will win again tonight.

i hope everyone has a good one. i think it is getting ready to rain here. joy.

and your whatever the fuck i wanted you to see video of the day:
so, i finally tried the bidet that was put in mom's new bathroom. i can now understand why so many people rave about them. it did a pretty damn good job of getting me as clean as possible. the one she has even has a drying function on it. add in the heated seat and you have yourself a way fucking better bathroom experience than ever before. my biggest goal in wanting one was to make sure mom never gets another UTI. as i told her this afternoon, if that happens and you never have to go to the emergency room for it again, think of the thousands of dollars we have saved just by getting a bidet. so yeah, so far, so good. i used the new shower last night. it will take some getting used to, but it is way better than what was in there before.
grocery shopping today went pretty good. the list of shit i had to get was like a scroll. but, i did manage to keep it under $250. and that was after going to 3 different stores to get everything. and my back only went out once. good times.
the New York Rangers won last night over Washington, 5-3.
the New York Knicks won last night in Portland, 123-107.
here are your NBA highlights from last night:
here are your highlights from the First Four last night:
NXT was very good last night.
both episodes of MLW were good last night.
The Voice was good last night.
That's My Jam was hilarious last night.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be AEW Dynamite, The Masked Singer and Snowfall.
i will probably watch some of the First Four games tonight.
i did catch a little of the Champions League after i got home from grocery shopping.
a big thank you to everyone for checking out my latest published poems:
thankfully, today was sunny. of course, since i decided i better write some poems last night, i didn't get to bed until 5 this morning. and lucky me, i was up at 8:30 this time.
i wrote 3 poems last night. first poems i had written in a couple of weeks. hopefully, i will have some more in the next few days.
Manchester United and Chelsea played a lifeless 0-0 draw yesterday. there's a few hours of my life i'll never get back.
the New York Rangers lost to Boston yesterday 4-1. i wasn't that surprised honestly.
the New York Yankees lost yesterday to Toronto, 6-4. they won today over Detroit, 5-4. they certainly have home run hitters this year, that's for sure.
Axios was very good last night.
Allen v. Farrow was very disturbing last night. it's obvious that Woody Allen has been a predator for the majority of his adult life.
Last Week Tonight was brilliant as usual.
Batwoman was very good last night.
The Luminaries was excellent last night.
Shameless was fucking hilarious last night. hard to believe only 6 episodes left.
Desus & Mero was really good last night.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Beartown, The Investigation and The Voice. i'll be watching Monday Night Raw for most of the evening.
the Dayton Flyers play tonight at Saint Bonaventure. i believe Dayton is locked into the 8/9 game for the A10 Tournament and i'm pretty sure Saint Bonaventure is going to be the #1 seed. and since Dayton has won a few games in a row up there, i'm sure Dayton will probably get blown out tonight.
i did listen to episode 332 of Notsam Wrestling this morning. you can listen to that by going here:
i mailed the baseball cards out today at the post office. after that, i went to the bank to make a deposit. Alexis was working there again. i don't believe she understands just how fucking sexy she is. after that, i had to go to Kroger to pick up prescriptions for myself and my mother. i did stop by the Rite-Aid up there. no luck on any baseball or football cards. i did get the first part of my Amazon order in today. now i have 3 more storage boxes for the cards.
i have no clue when i will be on here tomorrow. it will most likely be in between loads of laundry.
i hope everyone had a great weekend.
thanks to everyone that has checked out my latest published poems:
so, the asshole in charge did exactly what i thought he would do last night. declare victory before all the votes were counted. i thought Jemele Hill put it best on the Vice News Tonight election special. if Biden wins, thank black people. if Trump wins, blame white people. she is exactly correct. i went to bed last night hearing about the 4 AM Milwaukee dump of votes that could flip Wisconsin. i woke up at 6 to take a piss and sure enough, Biden was leading Wisconsin. and then right around the time i was making breakfast, Detroit flipped Michigan to Biden. the beauty of this is all us pussies who mailed in our votes to avoid the crowds and a disease that can fucking kill you, it looks like we will win out in the end. all Biden has to do is win the states he is leading (and i won't be shocked if he doesn't end up winning Pennsylvania as well) and he will get to 270. i can't wait for Trump to file all the lawsuits, demand all the fucking recounts, talk endlessly about it being rigged, and then fucking pout all the way to January 20, 2021. i honestly hope he decides he's not leaving office and then maybe we all get to see him dragged out of the White House like the fucking loser he is.
now, of course, none of the Democrats around here won. i live around a bunch of closet racists that love to have good shit but never want to pay for it. that's why the streets levy and the park levy failed here. i truly hope both go to shit.
mom and i watched The Jesus Rolls last night. i thought it was okay at best, it did make me laugh in a few places.
we also watched the Stephen Colbert Election 2020 special last night on Showtime. that was hilarious.
now, i didn't get to see much of the Manchester United game today. i did see they lost to a team in Turkey they have no fucking business losing to. i would be really pissed about it, but...
i happened to find some baseball and football cards while i was out today. i got two boxes of cards at Rite Aid, one of which included a nice hit (Henry Owens Bowman Chrome Autographed card) in it. at Meijer, i actually found some 2020 Topps Gallery. i bought two packs and a blaster box. in the box, i finally pulled a Luis Robert rookie card. i've been searching for one of those all damn year it feels like. the two football packs i got were on clearance. they were 2019 Score cards. i definitely got my money's worth today.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, NXT, AEW, The Masked Singer and I Can See Your Voice.
i love that the wannabe dictator running the show here wants all the votes to be counted in the states he's losing but wants to stop the vote counting in states he's winning. sounds like someone knows he's fucking lost and will be one of those one term presidents that no one will ever be fond for, expect for the racist lovers that will miss seeing their TV hero everyday.
all this truly makes me laugh. of course, i expect the dipshit to try to get the Supreme Court to fuck all this up and make him the winner, since that's why he packed the damn court the way he did anyway.
what his whole family is afraid of is honestly, going to fucking jail. and i love that someone has a $400 million loan due in 2021 and won't be able to pay it. might be time that someone has to put a hit on him. that's what happens when you fuck around with the Russians.
i have no damn clue when i will be on here tomorrow.
i've got cards to put away and a dinner to think about.

so, i got a haircut today. i think i look a little different.
there's the before...
and there's the after...
NXT was really good last night.
AEW was really good last night as well.
What We Do in the Shadows was hilarious last night.
enjoy some music:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Total Bellas, Holey Moley and No Mercy No Malice with Professor Scott Galloway. i'll watch NXT UK sometime tonight on WWE Network.
i was pretty pleased with all the safety measures at the place i got my haircut. i gave her a pretty nice tip as well. we both laughed at how much hair i had cut off.
i'll be on here tomorrow after a trip to pick up one of my medications. i also need to pick up a few things that weren't on the grocery list (tomatoes, chips, etc.).
that's all for me kids. i need to go figure out dinner.

something evil shot out of my asshole this morning. it would have been fine if i actually would have made it to the toilet. as you can imagine, if my day started off like that...
there's been a storm coming for the last day or so. my arthritis has been fucking killing me. mom's back is killing her. she has a few more days before she gets her next injection. this is a house on the fucking edge at the moment. joy.
the grocery store was a fucking zoo today. of course, they have closed two grocery stores in the area, so everyone goes to the one i normally go to now. it's great for people watching, but if you actually have a scroll of shit to buy, it's fucking annoying. i did a pretty good job. i think i got everything today for under $150.
the New York Rangers got a hat trick from Panarin last night and defeated San Jose, 6-3. i didn't expect the four goal outburst in the 3rd period last night. that was fun to watch.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Smackdown and Mel Brooks: Unwrapped. i'll watch 205 Live sometime tonight on WWE Network.
i will probably be on here tomorrow early. the Rangers play tomorrow in the afternoon and Dayton plays at home tomorrow night. so, hopefully i get something that resembles decent sleep tonight and i'll knock one of these out in the morning.
of course, much like life, everything is subject to change.
i hope everyone has a great weekend.

and your whatever the fuck i wanted you to see video of the day:
this is why i hate weather forecasts. today was supposed to be rain free. sure enough, it started in the morning and hasn't stopped yet. and today was the day i had to drive mom down south of town (45 minutes) to her financial planner. this was my first time meeting him.
the meeting went well. i like that he has a pretty solid plan for her 401K and her other investments. he also knows the stock market isn't going to be like this forever, so not all the eggs are in one basket. i got a much better impression of him than the one mom had been giving me over the years.
after that, we went out to a late lunch/early dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse.
the New Orleans Saints won yesterday against Chicago, 20-12. the Bears really outplayed the Saints for most of the game. so, i'm really happy the Saints held on to win. they next play Tampa Bay at home.
the season finale of Ray Donovan was pretty good last night. i'm wondering how much the show is going to change now that it's going to be filmed in NYC.
the season finale of The Deuce was excellent last night. i can't wait for the next season.
Vice Principals was pretty funny last night.
Curb Your Enthusiasm was hilarious last night.
Last Week Tonight was fucking brilliant as usual.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight and The Voice. i'll be watching Monday Night Raw for most of the evening.
i will be on here in the morning tomorrow as mom wants to get up to my sister's new home before it gets dark so she can see all of it. so, that means i'll be driving while Manchester United is playing in the Champions League. joy.
the New York Rangers played the absolute perfect road game last night. The King was great in net, AV's love child, Tanner Glass, scored an unlikely goal, the defense was active, physical and blocking everything... the perfect recipe for a 2-0 win and a 1-0 lead in the series against Montreal.
the series is going to be a chippy one, that's for sure. Game 2 is tomorrow night.
NXT was really good last night. the sendoff for Shinsuke Nakamura was excellent. and i really hope this incarnation of Drew McIntyre will be booked as the fucking bad ass he proved he could be in his time away from WWE.
Total Divas was hilarious last night. i can absolutely see why Dean Ambrose married Renee Young. plus, it was cool to see the behind the scenes of Naomi coming up with her amazing entrance.
i tried to get some sleep last night, even going to bed while 2 hockey games were in overtime. needless to say, that didn't work well. i was up after just 4 hours of sleep. i figured, fuck it. i tried to get some shit done before i had to go to the doctor's office.
the doctor was pretty happy that i have lost weight and my blood sugar numbers have come down and stayed down. i need to call in the morning to see if they are changing my medications at all. i doubt they will, but there's always hope.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, The Big Bang Theory and Life in Pieces. i'll be flipping between all that and some playoff hockey as well.
the New York Yankees play tonight at home against Tampa. i'd love to see them get the sweep.
mom told me 5 minutes before Manchester United was getting ready to play today that i needed to go pick up her prescription for her pain pills. needless to say, i wasn't exactly thrilled. at least i got back home before anyone had scored.
now what absolutely fucking kills me is once United went up 1-0, they completely lacked all fucking desire and killer instinct to get the next fucking goal. so, of course, as this season is quickly becoming the nightmare of fucking draws, United gave up a late goal for the game to end 1-1. now, the away goal that United scored means technically they are winning, but it would have been so much easier to go into that second leg up 2 or 3 goals. but, why the fuck do you want to make it easy for yourself? next up is a game on Sunday at home against Chelsea. great.
i'll be on here tomorrow after i get the grocery shopping done. that will be fun as i have to get shit for Easter. oh joy.
be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.

and your whatever the fuck i wanted you to see video of the day:
so when i finally got done watching everything from last night, it was 4 in the morning. i laughed and knew my old ass was going to be up before 8 anyways. sure enough, 7:45 this morning, rise and shine. and since the printer decided to have another fuck you kind of day, i didn't get a nap in today. hopefully i don't fall asleep as i'm taking the trash down to the curb later.
i think i enjoyed the Grammy Awards last night. i could have done without Taylor Swift being on camera every 30 seconds or so, but oh well. i did enjoy most of the performances. i also enjoyed the fuck ups. i thought Kendrick Lamar easily had the best performance of the night. i'm sure there were houses of white people around the country scared to death while he was performing. i am torn on Lady Gaga's tribute to David Bowie last night. i want to love it but something is keeping me from doing that. and i really need to see Hamilton sometime before i die.
The X-Files were pretty interesting last night. it was so campy in spots that i truly laughed my ass off. the ending has me wondering what's coming for the finale next week.
Monday Night Raw was really good last night. any show that has Kevin Owens winning a title is going to get a big round of applause from me. i thought they did a really good job of setting up the pay per view coming up on Sunday.
The Big Show interview with Stone Cold Steve Austin was great on WWE Network. i really loved that Show was very open and honest about his career and what he's done over the years. it was really better than i was expecting.
enjoy some music kids:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be The Muppets, Total Divas, and the Black Panther documentary on PBS.
i need to get the trash picked up and get ready for dinner, so the rest of this will be short.
i'm really happy to see the Dayton Flyers are ranked the highest they have been since 1967. they have a huge game tomorrow.
thankfully, it sounds like the New York Rangers are getting their captain back for their game against Chicago tomorrow night.
i saw that Andra Day's album was on sale at iTunes today. i got that and have really enjoyed it so far. she reminds me a lot of Etta James.
i've got a few poems in my head that i want to write out here in the next few days. since the weather is supposed to get better over the upcoming days, i might actually get to the post office to mail some poems out.
that's all for me kids. i hope this finds everyone enjoying a drink and something funky on the radio, that is if you even have one of those anymore.
