so, mom decided she wanted to have a cheat meal on her low sodium diet last night. so, i ordered some pizza and wings from Pizza Hut last night. i get the feeling we're both going to be paying for that the rest of the weekend.

the Yankees lost last night to the Red Sox, 5-3. i'm pretty fucking annoyed that they haven't beat Boston yet this season. hopefully, tonight will be different.

Smackdown and 205 Live were both pretty good last night.

out and about...

so, mom had me go to Lowe's today to get some potting soil and Miracle Gro. of course, i ended up getting more than i was supposed to. but, as she said, she'd rather have more than she needed than not enough. i also found some suet there i want to try since we're going to have another suet feeder once the new bird station gets put up. then, i had to go to Kroger to get some of her pills. everywhere around here is basically if you are fully vaccinated, you don't have to wear a mask. i wore mine anyways, mostly because i don't trust any of these fuckers.

once i got back home, i had to take everything to the back porch. we got for the back porch a set of chairs and a table from next door. we've never had anything like this ever. of course, none of the chairs are wide enough for me to sit in. good times. she finally put the tomato plants in the thing we got her a year ago. she also wants to try to grow these flowers for butterflies. i think i got her the box about 3 years ago. if anything comes up, i will be shocked.

so, yeah, that has been most of my day. and now i need to do my laundry, so this will be a quick blog.

Vice News Tonight had another great week of shows.

NXT UK was really good last night.

The United States of Al was good last night.

Dark Side of the Ring was about the wrestling event in North Korea in the 90's.

Dark Side of Football last night was about Bill Belichick.

the Yankees won yesterday over Texas, 2-0. they finished 7-3 on the road trip. they start a home series tonight against the White Sox.

the air conditioning still works in hell

if this morning was a catharsis to me, walking outside later in the morning was a reminder that hell is never that far away. the humidity today has been oppressive beyond belief. thank fucking god i got everything i needed to get done this morning.

mom paid me for everything i paid for in June, plus covered some other costs from some fucking cunt. i deposited that this morning. when i bitched about the heat while in the bank, the black guy working said it could always be snow. i told him, fair point.

here is your World Cup update:
France and Argentina played easily the best game of the tournament so far. France won 4-3. Uruguay defeated Portugal 2-1 today. that means Messi and CR7 are both out of the World Cup.

the New York Yankees defeated Boston last night 8-1. good pitching and 4 home runs. that's a good recipe to win most games. hopefully they will win again tonight.

both hours of NJPW last night were excellent.

Major League Wrestling was very good last night.

VICE was really good last night.

Real Time with Bill Maher was hilarious last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be ROH and It. i will probably watch It late tonight so i can have some hopefully creepy dreams.

our air conditioning has basically been running all day long. i think it feels like close to 100 outside. thankfully, the mail was here when i decided to check a little after noon.

thanks to everyone spreading the word on my new chapbook and doing the dirty work on Facebook with some bitch spreading lies about me. those defending me will never be forgotten.

i will probably be on here tomorrow around the same time after the World Cup games are over. tomorrow, Spain takes on Russia and Croatia plays Denmark.

i hope everyone has a great Saturday night. only fuck the ones that cough.

beat down and tired

so like a dumb ass, i decided to give a shit about the Red Sox vs. Yankees last night. 19 innings later, i remember why baseball stopped being my favorite sport in my 20's. needless to say, i'm running on little sleep, my sister is back in town, and i have a farm to go help clean out. these are the days where i wish i drank coffee or was addicted to heroin.

welcome to the 11th day of National Poetry Month. today, i'd like to highlight the lazy bastard i am and just post three random YouTube videos that i happen to enjoy. well, the first two poets i really like and have been published with. the third video got me with the title. anyone that knows my dating history of black women, they will understand. hope you enjoy, go support, etc. etc.

i will give the Yankees credit for at least fighting back last night. but they pissed away chance after chance to win the game in extra innings. they have way too many left handed bats and are too easy to pitch to at the moment. hopefully that changes as the season goes on... though i doubt it will. Yanks lose 6-5 in 19 innings. you can imagine how much i needed a beer after that game. they play again this afternoon. thankfully, i will miss it.

today is the final day of the NHL regular season. so by tonight, i'll know who the Rangers will face in the first round and if i made a miracle comeback in fantasy hockey. the Rangers play in Washington this afternoon.

i believe Saturday Night Live is new tonight. i'll watch that, if i happen to not be completely dead by the end of today. on the DVR will be ROH.

not sure when i will be on here tomorrow as the Manchester derby is happening. i suppose it depends on just how much we get done at the farm today. my back isn't feeling great from moving some shit this morning, so this could get interesting in a few hours.

the weather looks great outside. hopefully i'll actually get to enjoy it.

raise a glass for the weekend and i do hope it never gets empty.

anger is a gift

to say i was a little pissed last night would be a huge fucking understatement. and it wasn't from one of my sports teams or some poems getting rejected or any of the first culprits you may think of. it was due to the main fucking culprit in my life these days... FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS. the absolute worst piece of shit company i have ever dealt with in my ENTIRE fucking life. i was trying to download a song that i got for FREE last night and was wondering why i was having problems. i look over at the modem and sure enough, the fucking internet is out. was the weather bad? no. was there too many people on it? it was almost 11:45 at night. most people in this town are in bed by 10. i'm guessing it was something like some fucker hit the wrong button and couldn't give a shit. 2 hours later, it was still out. i was so fucking angry i went to sleep without having a victory beer. now, that's some anger if you know me. i got up at 5 this morning and it was back on. if not, i might be in jail for torching a building. chalk this up as reason 3,672 of why i am looking forward to moving.

my clusterfuck Monday was good. Monday Night Raw was pretty good after the first hour. thankfully, i didn't watch much of that. of course, i feel a big tease coming on with Daniel Bryan.

Gotham was fucking brilliant once again. this show is easily one of the best shows on television.

the New York Rangers overcame being completely brain dead at times last night to win 6-3. they play tomorrow night in a HUGE game against Boston. here are the highlights from last night:

since i fell asleep last night, i had to do the dishes this morning. i hit my fucking left leg on the dishwasher as i was taking the clean dishes out. nothing quite like drawing blood at 7 in the morning. and trust me, it still fucking hurts.

Manchester United advanced in the FA Cup today, winning 3-0. i was hoping for more goals, but Cambridge United put up a good fight. the boys now travel to Preston in the next round 13 days from now. i really hope this is the year they bring the FA Cup back to where it belongs. here are some highlights from today:

there really isn't much on tv tonight i'm planning on watching. maybe some college basketball, maybe some hockey. i'll probably just enjoy some victory beers and ice my fucking leg.

i'll be on here sometime tomorrow afternoon. thanks again for allowing me to waste a few minutes of your precious time.

the start of another week

today has been a cloudy and gloomy mess. doesn't exactly give me a great feeling for tonight.

mom decided to do some car pooling today so she drove me to the bank. i didn't mind, as i'm low on gas anyway. made my deposit without any drama this time. i believe the teller had to be new as she was way too nice. my mom's bank is a long ass drive from mine, so there was plenty of music listening and commenting on how bad this area has got since our childhoods. after that, drove back to town to get the mail and some lunch. got some great fanzines in the mail from my friend in Sweden, Janne Karlsson. check out his site
http://www.svenskapache.se/.

i did write one poem yesterday. i got a line stuck in my head in the afternoon and by 10 pm, the words were flowing. i'm proud that i was able to multi-task as i was watching Penny Dreadful at the time. typed the poem up this afternoon and i like it. i suppose i'll find out how good it is when i send it out.

the shows last night were excellent. Nurse Jackie was good and ended with a little mystery. Californication was great once again. Penny Dreadful blew me away last night. it filled in plenty of the back story and some questions about the main characters. just pure fucking brilliant. Veep was hilarious. two excellent episodes to end the season. and Last Week Tonight was great. the piece on the World Cup and FIFA was fucking brilliant.

tonight will be a crazy night of television. all starting at the same time will be the New York Rangers MUST WIN Game 3 at home; the Yankees game in Kansas City, and Monday Night Raw. talk about a night i need the Elvis wall of televisions. needless to say hockey will get most of my attention for the evening.

and at some point i need to figure out how to squeeze in a new episode of Louie as well.

the Yankees were horrific yesterday, going 1 for 17 with runners in scoring position. they lost 2-1. totally pissed away a great outing from Kuroda. i doubt they will win tonight to split the series.

i expect MSG to be crazy tonight. and the first time the refs fuck up, the place will probably explode. i'm really hoping the Rangers win tonight as i don't want to wait another 20 years for a chance to win the Stanley Cup.

i found 3 more kittens today. i have no fucking clue who the mother is as these 3 were sitting outside, all balled up. i'm going to go back out there before dark and hopefully figure out who they belong to. i think they may be Cookie's but that is simply a guess.

had another weird day on iTunes. my brain continues to amaze me.

that's all for today. hope the case of the fucking Mondays eluded you today. i'll be on here tomorrow, probably in the afternoon. hopefully with that taste of a victory beer on my lips.

be well my enemies. peace...
