a rainy, rainy Monday

it has been raining almost all fucking day. needless to say, i didn't make it to the bank. hell, i've been in so much pain today, i almost didn't make it out to the damn mailbox this afternoon.

hopefully, i'll make it to the bank tomorrow.

the season finale of Batwoman was really good last night. can't wait for season 2.

the last two episodes of The Last Dance were great last night.

VICE was really good last night.

Billions was pretty good last night.

Penny Dreadful: City of Angels was excellent last night.

I Know This Much Is True was really good last night.

Insecure was pretty funny last night.

Last Week Tonight was brilliant as usual.

Hightown was pretty interesting last night. i'm hoping it's going to be a really good show.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, The Voice, Songland, Fuck That's Delicious and Desus & Mero. i'll be watching Monday Night Raw for most of the evening.

i did listen to episode 291 of Notsam Wrestling this morning. you can find that by going here:
http://notsam.com/wrestlingpodcast/2020/5/18/notsam-wrestling-291-flash-morgan-webster-amp-john-cena-thoughts

i did watch a little of the NASCAR race yesterday.

if i do go out tomorrow, i want to find a new hummingbird feeder. the old one i have out there is a cheap one.

i hope everyone had a great weekend.

i'm off to go ice my back down for the 5th time today. joy.

until tomorrow kids...

the problem with hitting 80 degrees...

whenever it gets this hot in May, the one constant is there will be thunderstorms. and those storms are scheduled to hit while all my shows are on tonight. fuck me.

Joker last night was really good. i can see why some people didn't like the movie. i'll assume most of those people have never been crazy before. i laughed at most of the movie and was truly caught off-guard by some parts, which made me really happy. i can definitely see why Joaquin Phoenix won all the acting awards. what a fucking performance.

ROH was pretty good last night.

i did watch some of the UFC last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be the season finale of Batwoman, the last two episodes of The Last Dance, VICE, Billions, Penny Dreadful: City of Angels, I Know This Much Is True, Insecure, Last Week Tonight and Hightown.

i will probably watch some of the Bundesliga today as well as some of the NASCAR race. hell, if i don't fall asleep, i might even watch some golf.

i hope everyone has a great Sunday.

i'll probably be on here tomorrow after a trip to the bank.

that's all for me kids.

stay healthy.

here comes another freeze warning...

i guess we're still in fucking winter... a couple more nights of cold ass weather and then it's supposed to be in the 70's for the weekend. that's the beauty of Ohio... wait a few days and everyone will be fucking sick.

i thought Mother's Day went pretty well. my sister stayed later than i thought she was going to. i think the storms that rolled through was the reason for that. i think mom enjoyed her gifts and lunch.

WWE Money in the Bank was pretty good last night. i love that Otis and Asuka won the briefcases.

Batwoman was really good last night. the season finale is next week.

I Know This Much Is True was fucking amazing last night. Mark Ruffalo is truly brilliant in this.

Insecure was excellent last night.

Last Week Tonight was brilliant as usual.

VICE was really good last night.

Billions was great last night.

Penny Dreadful: City of Angels was good last night.

both episodes of The Last Dance were great last night.

the Feeding America Comedy Festival was awful last night. i wanted it to be good but there wasn't much funny in the 2 hours at all. i'm talking maybe 4 to 5 minutes total that i laughed at.

the Saturday Night Live Mother's Day special was hilarious.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, The Voice, Songland, Fuck That's Delicious and Desus & Mero. i'll be watching Monday Night Raw for most of the evening.

may the 4th be with you...

today has been pretty nice. cool, but warm enough to open up the house a bit and enjoy a light breeze. of course, later in the week there's a chance for snow. fuck me.

both episodes of The Last Dance last night were excellent.

the season finale of Westworld was fucking amazing last night.

the series finale of Atlanta's Missing and Murdered:The Lost Children was rather heartbreaking. it also reinforces my belief that the justice system in this country is built on wins and losses, not innocence or guilt. and i also agree if they would have indicted someone from the KKK for the murders, all hell would have broke loose, especially in 1981.

Insecure was really good last night.

Last Week Tonight was brilliant as usual.

VICE was good last night.

Billions was excellent last night.

Penny Dreadful:City of Angels was pretty good last night.

Batwoman was really good last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

tomorrow is the anniversary of putting my father into the ground. so, that should be a good day to send some poems out. i should be on here after that.

i hope everyone had a great weekend, all things considered.

i remember when rain used to put me asleep...

i was doing a little poetry work last night, trying to figure out where my next 15 poems would be going. right as i finished up, it started pouring. i hate when it rains at night anymore. pain isn't good for getting any kind of sleep. good times.

i'll probably send the poems out early this week.

Austin City Limits was good last night. it was the Gary Clark Jr. episode i mistakenly deleted awhile back.

ROH was very good last night.

listen to some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be two episodes of The Last Dance, Batwoman, the season finale of Westworld, the finale of Atlanta's Missing and Murdered:The Lost Children, Insecure, Last Week Tonight, VICE, Billions and Penny Dreadful:City of Angels.

mom had me go out and get breakfast this morning from Wendy's. amazingly, the drive-thru line went much faster than i was expecting. i was 8 cars back when i got in line. the food wasn't that bad. the seasoned potatoes were probably the best thing i had. all in all, not that expensive, and probably better than i expected it to be.

i'm hoping to catch up on some sleep today. i know once mom gets done with the load of laundry she's doing, i'm taking a shower.

i'll probably be on here in the afternoon tomorrow.

i hope everyone had a great Saturday. hope your Sunday is even better.

stay healthy.

wash your fucking hands.

falling asleep right before the sun comes up...

Sunday nights are the night where i might as well figure i won't be going to bed until the sun is coming up. between all the shows i want to watch and feel like i really need to at this point in time, i was watching television from 7:45 last night until after 4 in the morning. this is what i get for being a lover of art and sports. this is also why i will probably be dead before i get to 50. i don't sleep.

the series finale of Homeland was really good last night. i thought for a second i was going to be really pissed, but the ending kind of brought me back from the ledge.

Batwoman was good last night.

both episodes of The Last Dance were excellent last night.

VICE was good last night.

Atlanta's Missing and Murdered:The Lost Children was fascinating last night. it was also a reminder why i have never trusted the police or the justice system in this country.

Westworld was excellent last night. i can't wait for the season finale next week.

Insecure was really, really good last night.

Penny Dreadful: City of Angels was excellent last night. i can't wait to see where this season goes.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Axios, The Voice, Songland and Desus & Mero. i'll be watching Monday Night Raw for most of the evening.

i hope everyone had a great weekend.

i have no damn clue when i will be on here tomorrow.

just another rainy Sunday...

so it started raining last night and still is as of this afternoon. joy.

i've been doing my laundry most of today. i woke up to some startling news.

first off, the New Orleans Saints traded back into the 7th round yesterday of the NFL Draft to select QB Tommy Stevens. he's a bit of a Taysom Hill clone, so i can see why they did it. and then this morning, the news broke that the Saints are going to sign Jameis Winston to a 1 year contract. talk about waking up in bizarro land. he's taking less money to go to the Saints. he must have seen what the Saints did for Teddy Bridgewater. the Saints also extended Taysom Hill today. 2 years and $21 million i believe. all in all, i like what the Saints did in the draft. i like some of the undrafted free agents they have signed. hopefully, this will be the year they win that elusive second Super Bowl.

i wrote 3 poems last night. i really like all 3 of them. if i get a wild hair up my ass, i might try to get some more poems out before the month is over.

i'll be right back, need to go fold some clothes...

i'm back. last load of laundry is now in the dryer. that should get done before i make dinner tonight.

mom has given me the cooking duties now. so, my imagination is going to have some fun. not too much, as my mother's palate stinks. so yeah, i'm hoping to do more than just get takeout most nights.

i guess tomorrow is supposed to be the only day without rain for the next three or four. joy.

i hope everyone had a good Saturday. i hope your Sunday has been even better.

i have no clue when i will be on here tomorrow.

until then kids...

Westworld was fucking great last night.

Insecure was really good last night.

Last Week Tonight was fucking BRILLIANT as usual.

VICE was excellent last night.

Homeland was nuts last night. the series finale is next week.

The Longest War was an excellent documentary last night. i highly recommend it.

i hope everyone had a great weekend.

i hope everyone opened their third eyes today and are experiencing life on a higher plane.
