i wasn't thinking i was going to find any baseball cards today at Big Lots. but holy shit, they had 4 2021 Topps Heritage packs and i nearly shit myself. i haven't seen any cards for weeks. in those packs i found a few high number cards and some rookie cards that are worth a decent amount of money. that made me happy. mom wanted me to find some plant stands for her, which i did. all in all, not a bad day of shopping.
i also made it to the bank today. thankfully, i reminded my mother this morning it was the first and she owed me some money.
the Yankees lost again yesterday, 3-1 to Tampa. i can't stand all this fucking losing.
Monday Night Raw was ok last night, at best.
on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, NXT, Deadliest Catch and Mr. Inbetween.
i'm sure i will watch some of the NHL and NBA playoffs tonight as well.
i did see team USA won again today at the Hockey Worlds. they defeated Italy, 4-2. that means they finished at the top of group B and will be one of the top seeds in the quarterfinals.
i did watch the NCAA Lacrosse national championship game yesterday. Virginia defeated Maryland 17-16 in a fucking instant classic.
i hope everyone had a great Memorial Day.
