 first off, a rarity honestly, a little poetry news to start off this Monday. i sent out 12 poems this morning, 5 to Synchronized Chaos; 4 to The Rye Whiskey Review and 3 to The Beatnik Cowboy. when i hear back from these places, i will pass along the verdicts.

WWE Hell in a Cell was pretty good last night. thankfully, it will (hopefully) be the last the big WWE show without fans in the building.

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight and I'll be Gone in the Dark. i'll be watching Monday Night Raw for most of the evening.

i'm sure i will watch some of the NHL playoffs tonight and some of the Copa America as well.

yesterday at the Copa America, Venezuela and Ecuador ended 2-2, and Peru defeated Colombia, 2-1. tonight, Uruguay takes on Chile and Argentina plays Paraguay.

yesterday at the Euro 2020, Italy defeated Wales, 1-0 and Switzerland beat Turkey, 3-1. Italy won Group A and Wales finished second. they both advanced to the final 16. Switzerland might move on as one of the better third place teams. today, Groups B and C play. right now, Austria is up on the Ukraine, 1-0 and the Netherlands are defeating North Macedonia, 3-0. in Group B today, Finland will play Belgium and Russia plays Denmark.
