mom decided she didn't want to go to Menards. her anxiety has been fucking with her. i told her if she didn't want to go, she didn't have to.
i went to the bank to make my deposit. i decided i wasn't going to sit in line forever so i went to the branch closer to where i was going anyway. i only waited for 10 minutes there. if i would have waited at my usual bank, that wait would have been around 45 minutes at best.
i was a little surprised at how fucking busy Menards was. thankfully, i am a master at social distancing. i found just about everything on the list, minus toilet paper (which we don't need thanks to my lucky find at the drugstore yesterday) and some Clorox wipes. i got some new solar lights, some bird food, a new clock for my bathroom, some paper towels, paper plates and some other shit for outside. mom about shit herself when she saw that i got it all for under $100.
i keep joking with her. if you would have put me in charge of the shopping years ago, think of all the money you would still have...
i did find everything i was looking for in the drugstore last night. plus, i got myself some baseball cards. after that, i drove across the street to pick up the order from Pizza Hut that mom wanted. they were slicing the pizza right as i walked in. i love timing like that.
the season finale of Young Sheldon was really good last night.
the Parks and Recreation specials last night were excellent.
Vice News Tonight had another great week of shows.

mom told me when i got home from shopping that she ordered some meat from Omaha Steaks. i asked how much and she said the total bill was over $300!!!!!! so i guess this weekend will be all about eating whatever the fuck is in the freezer since we're going to need the fucking room.
so yeah, i need to go get started on dinner.
