i will be watching plenty of NFL and NBA games today.

so, i got up this morning and put out some suet for the birds. hopefully, the squirrels will make the mistake of trying to eat the hot pepper suet. after that, i made some cinnamon rolls for breakfast. and then after breakfast, mom and i exchanged gifts. she got me a couple of books, some supplies for my baseball cards, a Yankees t-shirt and a nice check. she was very happy with the gifts i got her. that always makes me happy. 

i should be on here tomorrow before Manchester United plays at Wolves.

the World Juniors tournament starts tomorrow. the USA plays Norway. the tournament is in Sweden this year.

oh yeah, it is also the start of WrestleMania week as well...

 if you are a pro wrestling fan, this week is basically like Christmas. i am really looking forward to everything this week, so, of course, there is a million other things i need to get done this week as well. mom got a call this morning that they moved up her appointment for physical therapy. so, this blog is going to be written as fast as i fucking can do it.

i absolutely love what the New York Yankees did yesterday.

the Final Four is now set. i will be slightly stunned if UCONN doesn't win it all.

i do have an appointment this afternoon to get my bloodwork done. it is my annual 6 month checkup on my heart and everything else. yet another reason why the blog is being finished this morning.

at some point today, i do plan on listening to episode 440 of Notsam Wrestling.

 so, everything i wanted to get done this morning had to be shifted to the afternoon as my back decided it wanted all the attention this morning. but, i finally got my shower done, shaved a little and have my first load of laundry going. 

Smackdown and 205 Live were both pretty good last night.

Real Time with Bill Maher was pretty funny last night.

so, i was hoping to get the blog done before the Rangers and Yankees were playing this afternoon. of course, that didn't happen...

the New York Rangers pissed away chance after chance today and lost to Philadelphia, 2-1. they play tomorrow at noon at Washington.

the Yankees defeated the Blue Jays today, 5-1. more importantly, Luke Voit has a partial tear of his meniscus, so he's going to be out until June or so. that means Jay Bruce has made the team.

i did write 2 poems last night. first poems i have written in 17 days.  i really like both of them. i'm hoping i'll have some more to write soon.

i know that the Rangers and the USMNT both play at noon tomorrow. so, i will hopefully have the blog done before the games start.

the weather is nice enough today that i was able to turn the furnace off and open the house up a bit. of course, it's a full moon tonight and another line of storms coming. oh joy.
