apparently, i don't sleep enough...

 i had all these plans today. i was having a good morning and was getting ready to go to the post office. i got an ice pack as i wanted to ice my back before i went. and then the plan was to come home and start my laundry. well, apparently i must have got the ice on the right spot as i fell asleep and woke up 4 hours later. holy shit. i saw the time and was stunned. of course, i was sweating, so i looked to see what the temperature was in the house. 77. oh fuck. i shut all the windows and doors and turned the air on. at least my back felt better.

so yeah, i guess tomorrow will be my busy day.

the Yankees won yesterday against the Rangers, 8-7. they start a series tonight on the road at the White Sox. these are games the Yankees have to win. the White Sox fucking suck this year.

i did watch the closing ceremony of the Olympics. it was good. and overall, i thought the Olympics were really good.

Big Brother was good last night.

Industry was fucking great last night.

Last Week Tonight was BRILLIANT as usual.

i did catch some of the NASCAR race last night. i wasn't exactly thrilled with the finish since i had money on Denny Hamlin to win the race.

i should be on here sometime tomorrow. kind of depends on if my back hijacks my day again i guess.

i need to go figure out dinner.
