every 45 minutes...

 for some reason, i went to bed before 3 AM last night. i think i saw my clock every 45 minutes. fuck me.

the Yankees won last night at Detroit, 3-0. hopefully, they will find a way to win this afternoon.

Smackdown and NXT Level Up were both good last night.

AEW Rampage was pretty good last night.

i think mom wants chicken alfredo tonight for dinner. thank god we have a dishwasher now.

i still need to vacuum the house. i'm going to try to get that done when i get this done.

sadly, anytime i do vacuum the house, i have to ice my back down after i get done.

i'm sure i will watch plenty of sports today and hopefully sneak in a couple of naps.

i should be on here tomorrow in the morning, most likely.
