 it did rain here overnight and a little this morning. most of the heavy shit today has been to our north. all we had was a few drops while i was busy grocery shopping.

the New York Rangers will play the Washington Capitals in the first round of the NHL playoffs. that will be a fun one, especially if the Rangers knock Ovechkin out of the playoffs.

grocery shopping went pretty good today. nothing was really crowded, so that was a plus.

i should be on here tomorrow after i take mom to get her back injection. she is really looking forward to that.

i have no clue what i'm doing for dinner tonight. 

i'll figure that out after i ice down my back for a bit.

 so, we had some weeds in our rock garden, it looked like a fucking forest to be honest. i got out there and pulled what i could. basically, until my back told me to fuck off. i got a trash bag full of weeds pulled though. and then i spent the next 3 hours in my massage chair with ice on my back in pain. joy.

it has been a day...

 i thought i was doing pretty good today. i was making decent time, finding everything i needed to get. and then of course, my back, midway through shopping at Kroger, decided to flare up on me. nothing like looking at chicken for the best prices and your back slaps you upside your face, begging for attention. and there i was, frozen like some crazy fuck, wondering how quickly i can move and get going. thankfully, i was probably only frozen in pain for about 15 seconds. but, have an elephant stand on your back and see if you can last 15 seconds.
