i believe i was in the ice cream aisle...

 when i got the alert (maybe 30 of them total) that Sinead O'Connor was dead. a flood of memories hit me. i remember when i first saw her video for Nothing Compares 2 U and immediately thought of my girlfriend at the time, whom i am still friends with to this day. growing up an artsy kid who kind of hid that part of his life at times because of the love of sports, etc., Sinead's music always had a place in my soul. this news today really hit me much harder than i thought it would. may you finally be at peace.

Manchester United U-21 team lost to Wrexham last night, 3-1. i feel really bad for Paul Mullin. he got a punctured lung last night from a boneheaded challenge from United's goalie. United's first team plays tonight in Houston against Real Madrid.

the Yankees lost to the Mets last night, 9-3. i doubt i watch much of the game tonight.

i did catch some of the Leagues Cup last night.

NXT was good last night.

Dark Side of the Ring was about Bam Bam Bigelow last night. he was one of my all-time favorites.

i did watch Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge when i got home from the grocery store today. it was crazy as usual.

i'm waiting to get the second text from the eye doctor so i can get my new glasses and sunglasses. i got the first one today. i really don't want to make two trips in this heat. the heat index today was over 100.

i have absolutely no clue when i will be on here tomorrow.
