my back pain is pretty constant anymore and the only thing that helps is ice. so, this heatwave isn't exactly a good thing, at least for me. i know plenty of people that love this shit. i'm not one of them. and given how the humidity messes with my mother's Meniere's Disease, it gives me a whole new set of worries. joy.
the Yankees won last night against the Mets, 3-1. they are off tonight and start a series tomorrow at Baltimore. i think The Captain might actually be back for that.
the Red Scare lost last night in the TBT in a pretty big upset.

i did watch some of the Leagues Cup last night. i'll watch some tonight as well.
i know i need to go to Rite Aid tomorrow to pick up a prescription. i should be on here after i get back home.
