so, first off, i want to wish everyone a safe and happy 4th of July.
i was hoping to get up earlier today, but apparently the shower i took at 2 in the morning actually did the trick. i didn't get up until 10 this morning. i know i got at least 6 solid hours of sleep. fuck, that might as well be a coma for me.
the New York Yankees won last night at home against Baltimore, 6-3. hopefully, they will win again this afternoon.
and now some of this and that:
the only tradition i truly have on today is watching the hot dog eating contest. it is currently in a lightning delay.
i will probably watch plenty of the MLS today as well as the Gold Cup.
i should be on here tomorrow after i get the grocery shopping done.
i hope everyone has a great holiday. stay safe, have fun, and please, stop fucking shooting each other.
