been a long day...

 but a productive one, so far. got my copy of the book i did with Casey Renee Kiser in the mail today. i really can't wait for this to come out and be devoured by poetry lovers. it is really good.

speaking of poetry, i did write 1 poem today. i will be sending out some poems tonight. expect a blog late tonight on that.

i took mom to get her injection today. after that, i took her to get her Frozen Coke. we went back home and watched the USWNT win 3-0 over Zambia at the Olympics.

the Yankees got their asses handed to them last night, losing to the Mets, 12-3. they lost all 4 games to the Mets this season. first time in 11 years. thank fucking god they don't play tonight. they start a series in Boston tomorrow night.

AEW Dynamite was fucking crazy last night.

Big Brother was good last night. i have no damn clue who gets evicted tonight.
