and now, some summer heat...

it got up to 87 degrees today. imagine the fun i had sitting in a doctor's office as the heat was on. between that and the mask fogging up my glasses, i would have rather just had the fucking gun put in my mouth and see what my luck could be now...

mom's doctor's appointment went pretty good. she didn't like her numbers, but the nurse practitioner didn't seem that worried about them. after that was over, we went to Arby's to get some lunch to take back to the house. mom didn't feel like trying any of the dining areas that were open inside. given the number of stupid people around here, i don't blame her.

i drove a different way home, hoping to avoid some construction. i forgot though, it's Ohio. everything is under construction all the fucking time. but, i did take mom past some parts of the area that still had some of the damage from the tornado last Memorial Day that she didn't get to see. as i told her, i doubt much of it ever gets fixed.

Monday Night Raw was pretty good last night.

Songland was great last night. i love that Boyz II Men took all 3 songs.

Fuck That's Delicious was hilarious last night.

Desus & Mero was fucking great last night.

Axios was very good last night.

i see that the NHL has a return plan now. and i see that it involves the New York Rangers being in the playoffs, so i'm all for it.

i did watch a little of the Bundesliga game today between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. that gave me my little nap this afternoon.

i will probably be on here tomorrow after i get the grocery shopping done. i think we are now in the rinse and repeat days here in Ohio. hot and humid with a chance of storms. it will probably be like this until sometime in October.
