so here is your poetry for today:
the New York Yankees lost to Toronto yesterday 5-3. the demons that Betances developed last year have followed him to this year. joy. and the injuries are fucking piling up already. the Yankees still have a chance to win the series with a victory against Toronto today.
the New York Rangers won 2-1 last night at Carolina. that eliminated Carolina from having a chance to make the playoffs.
i didn't watch much of the basketball games last night. i'm not surprised that the title game tomorrow will be Michigan vs. Villanova.
Operation Odessa last night was great. probably one of the more entertaining documentaries i have seen in a long time. i highly recommend it.
ROH was excellent last night.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Our Cartoon President, Homeland, Billions, Here and Now, Barry, Silicon Valley and Last Week Tonight.
my sister made coffee this morning. i forgot she likes her coffee like she likes her men, black and bitter. needless to say, i'm without my caffeine today. joy.
i did watch the debut of Zlatan Ibrahimovic yesterday for the LA Galaxy. let's just say i wasn't surprised...
i think everyone is going next door for Easter today. so at least i'll be able to watch the Yankees game today in peace.
i will probably get my next batch of poems ready to go out this month at some point today. i'd like to be really productive this month.
i forgot just how much i like the taste of brandy. i was hoping those two drinks would have put me to sleep last night. instead, i was up at 3 in the morning watching some show about beavers being reintroduced into the wild and all the good they do. insomnia will eventually be the death of me.
i hope everyone had a wonderful Saturday. hopefully your Easter Sunday will be even better.
y pensaste que él murió por tus pecados
be well. be creative. be cool. be quick to send me CASH, panties, hate mail, love letters, broken promises and dirty pennies from heaven.
peace and chicken grease...
