 i really need to do my laundry today. so, once i get this blog done... i'll be doing that the rest of the day.

Smackdown and NXT Level Up were both really good last night. i can't wait for Saturday Night's Main Event tonight on NBC.

 i think it rained most of the night. it has rained most of the morning as well. and i am miserable, and that was even before Manchester United lost this morning.

Manchester United lost at West Ham 2-0 this morning. that is 4 straight games United haven't scored a goal. fuck me.

the contractor was here on time, as usual. he had the new vent hood in and running in probably a hour. he cleaned up, took the old one with him and for the most part, the kitchen renovation is done. thank god.

the New York Rangers lost last night at home to Edmonton, 4-3. they play tonight at home against Buffalo.

just enough rain to make me miserable...

 it was a fine mist/drizzle all fucking day today. just enough to make me miserable. add in the fact i woke up late... that meant i missed just about all of the France vs. Morocco World Cup game. but, i did get all the grocery shopping done. i had to make a special trip to Meijer today. we had a Christmas tree die on us last night. the lights completely fizzled. i can't really complain. we had the tree more than 10 years. so, i went to Meijer and found the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. i figure that is the perfect tree for this Christmas.

France defeated Morocco today at the World Cup, 2-0. that sets up a World Cup final of France vs. Argentina. Croatia will play Morocco in the 3rd place game.

the finale of The Voice last night was good. i wasn't really surprised when Bryce won last night.

NXT was good last night.

 so, i was all gung ho to get a haircut today and get the Christmas trees and decorations up around the house, etc. and of course, it just had to fucking rain today. and arthritis decided to put a sharp knife into my plans, so yeah. not good.

i did watch a good portion of that crazy game last night between the Chargers and Chiefs. 

NXT UK was really good last night.

mom's doctor's appointment went well yesterday, just was long as hell. it was over a hour long appointment. so afterwards, we went to Perkins to have lunch/early dinner. good times.
