i was at the dealership for over a hour today waiting for the Highlander to get the oil changed. but, they got it done and nothing is wrong with it. so, at least that is done for now.
it does feel a little odd not going to the First Four. i will probably watch some of the games tonight on tv.
The Voice last night was very good. hopefully, it will be tonight as well.

i wanted to have this blog done before now. thankfully, the Yankees are in a rain delay right now, so i've got a little more time than i thought i did.
mom once again fell asleep in her physical therapy today. they were working on getting the rocks back in where they should be in her ears. so, her session went about 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to, which threw a couple of screws into the rest of my day. what she doesn't understand is i'm not angry with her over this; i still believe i can overcome anything. the time limits i put on shit are arbitrary as it is. what i can't stand is the little things, the details of life. a slow driver, a grandma that can't make a sharp turn, a stupid motherfucker that pulls out into traffic without looking, etc. etc. part of it is my stubbornness for sure and part of it is i simply expect too much from humanity.
so i wrote 2 poems today. i typed those up and the two i wrote yesterday. i like all of them. i need to get a few more written and i think i'm going to try to get another round of submissions out this month.

the Yankees lost last night to Toronto, 6-4. i should say they lost to Vladimir Guerrero Jr. he hit 3 home runs last night. oh well. if they do play tonight, the Yankees will be trying to get the split in the series.

i'm not a very religious person anymore. just had two fucks knock on the door from some church not in the area. they are lucky mom answered the door instead of me.
so yeah, i have no clue when i will be on here tomorrow. i do have one of my favorite songs in mind for Good Friday.
