so, the reason i did the grocery shopping yesterday was the chance of freezing rain today. mom is at the point now where she worries about everything. i am at the point of my life where i couldn't give a shit either way. when it looked like it was going to be bad last night, she told me over and over again how happy she was i got the grocery shopping done already. i'm trying to do my best to make sure she has a good life with what she has left.
here are your links for this day of Black History Month:
i rolled over in bed last night and heard my back pop. i knew any chance i had for decent sleep was gone. i basically have been icing my back all day long and trying to catch up on sleep. these are the days where i realize death would have been the smarter choice when i was younger.
the Yankees lost to Toronto last night, 14-1. hopefully, they will split the series tonight, but i won't be holding my breath.
here are your highlights from the NHL last night:
here are your highlights from the NBA last night:
NXT was really good last night.
AEW was really good last night as well.
Big Brother went as i thought it would go last night. i'm pretty sure Da'Vonne will be evicted tonight.
Cari & Jemele Stick to Sports was excellent last night.
The Masked Singer looks like it is going to be fucking crazy again this season. i got the identity of The Dragon correct right from the first time he started to rap.
I Can See Your Voice was pretty good last night.

and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Big Brother and Desus & Mero. i'll watch NXT UK sometime tonight on WWE Network.
i will probably also watch some of the NBA tonight and if i get truly bored, maybe some of the NFL game between Miami and Jacksonville.
i hate these damn days where it feels like i get nothing fucking done.
i should be on here tomorrow after i go to the pharmacy and pick up my pills. i might do a little baseball card hunting tomorrow as well.
if you aren't registered to vote, please fucking do so.
i had to go out today and get some things for mom and for her birthday tomorrow. i didn't get more than 4 hours of sleep today and i was out when i would have loved to have been taking a nap. oh well.
the drugstore had what i was looking for, plus the pack of baseball cards i got was loaded with some hits in it. the grocery store was pretty easy today. i had some pills to pick up and figured, fuck it, just get what is on the list. i got most of it, plus a birthday cake for mom. i then went and got some lunch since it was basically 5 in the evening and i hadn't eaten since 9 this morning. good times.
VICE was very good last night. the season finale is next week.
Billions was excellent last night. i can't wait to see what happens when the show comes back.
Penny Dreadful: City of Angels was good last night.
Hightown was really good last night.
the finale of I Know This Much Is True was great last night. i can't wait to see how many awards this show wins.
the season finale of Insecure was very good and sets up the next season perfectly.
I May Destroy You was good last night. i think the show is moving to Mondays as of next week.
Last Week Tonight was brilliant as usual.
WWE Backlash was good last night. the Edge vs. Randy Orton match was much better than i thought it was going to be.
enjoy some music:
and now some of this and that:
on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, Songland and Fuck That's Delicious. i'll be watching Monday Night Raw for most of the evening.
i'm guessing i will be on here earlier tomorrow. i have no clue when mom will want to open gifts and have food, etc for her birthday tomorrow. i got her a carrot cake which i hope she will like.
i hope everyone had a great weekend. i know the nice weather we have been having will end tonight. tomorrow is supposed to get into the 80's again.
until tomorrow kids...

the grocery store today was a fucking zoo. nearly every checkout lane was open but all the baggers decided to take a break at the same time. i was in line for almost 45 fucking minutes. that was after 90 minutes going around the store finding everything. thank god i rewarded myself today with some good alcohol. that will come in handy for the holidays. i had to go to two different stores before i went to the grocery store. and i had to get gas for the Highlander as well. all in all, i think i spent around $250 today. good times.
Vice News Tonight had another great week of shows.
the game last night between the Chiefs and Chargers was fucking crazy. the Chargers won 29-28 on a 2 point conversion with just 4 seconds left in the game. i really hope these two face face each other again in the playoffs.

on the DVR tonight will be the season finale of VICE, NJPW, the last two episodes of the season for Room 104 and Mike Judge Presents: Tales From the Tour Bus.
the New York Rangers play at home tonight against Arizona. it would be nice to see the Rangers win tonight.
i think the last few things i ordered for mom arrived today and i found something at the store for my sister. so, i think i am actually done Christmas shopping now.
i have no clue when i'll be on here tomorrow. i'm guessing it might be early or at least before the afternoon comes along.
i hope everyone has a great weekend.
