so, i did watch most of the opening ceremony at the Olympics today. that was epic to say the least. of course, long as fuck as well. and i can't wait to see how many people got sick because of the rain. i think they said it was the first time there was rain during the opening ceremony in 50 or 60 years.
one thing i have noticed is i don't hate this day as much as i used to when i was younger. of course, i am on a weed gummy right now, so maybe that is why i don't mind this July 26th. for those in the dark, my father would have been 78 years old today. thank god he never saw one day into his 70's.
i did watch Big Brother last night. Matt was evicted. i am really hoping this house is going to be cutthroat this season. Chelsie is the new HOH.
NJPW was good last night.
Don't Forget the Lyrics was very good last night.

the Yankees start a series tonight at Boston. i don't think i will watch much of it. maybe they will do better with me not watching.
i have no clue when i will be on here tomorrow. i guess it depends on when i wake up and what events are on when.
of course, this will be my first time betting on the Olympics, so that should be fun.
i hope everyone has a good weekend.
until tomorrow kids...

i think i might have got 5 hours of tossing and turning in last night. this shitty weather is slowly killing me. we're going to have a big temperature drop and i know i'm going to be miserable when all the rain hits.
i had to take mom out to the drug store this morning as she forgot to put some things on the grocery list. we had $10 off that she didn't realize, so it all worked out in the end.
the New York Rangers defeated Carolina last night, 5-3. they are in Toronto tonight.
Smackdown was pretty good last night. 205 Live was the second part of the best of for the year.

today is the final four for the college football playoffs. in the first game, LSU takes on Oklahoma. in the second game, Ohio State takes on Clemson. both games should be really good.

the New York Yankees got rained out last night. so, that means they will have to play a doubleheader against the Orioles tomorrow. hopefully, they will get tonight's game in.
here are your highlights from the NHL playoffs last night.
The Voice was very good last night. i think there are 5 people truly in line for the final 4. it should be interesting to see which 4 get eliminated tonight.
Monday Night Raw was good last night. it could have been better, but that's been the story since Mania. at least Bray Wyatt keeps being the best part of the show.
Desus & Mero was fucking hilarious last night.

i got a wild hair up my ass last night and decided to get a little poetry work done. that continued into this afternoon, as i sent out 18 poems today. 3 to Chiron Review and 5 each to Duane's PoeTree, Glintmoon and Parhelion Literary Magazine. when i hear back from these places, i will pass along the verdicts.
Vice News Tonight had another great week of shows.
NJPW was excellent last night.
Real Time with Bill Maher was really good last night.
i did watch a few of the NCAA tournament games last night. and a little bit so far today.
that was my dream since i was a child. 25 years after i graduated, it finally happens. thank you.

the New York Yankees won yesterday over the Phillies, 6-3. today they lost to Toronto 7-3. hard to believe opening day will be here soon.
the New York Rangers play tonight at Toronto. Lose for Hughes boys.
i'll probably watch some more of the NCAA tournament tonight as well.
it would be nice if i could actually get to bed before 4 in the morning for a change. the problem i am having is my fucking brain won't shut off. and i'm running out of tricks to exhaust it.
i'll probably be on here tomorrow early afternoon, at least that's the plan. i know it's supposed to rain tomorrow evening, so i guess i should get on here before the misery begins.
i hope everyone has a great Saturday. call if you need bail money.
