hello back pain...

 so, my back has been killing me since i woke up this morning. that always makes for a fun fucking day.

as you might imagine, i haven't done much today. check emails and basically ice my back down. rinse and fucking repeat. joy.

the Yankees won last night over the Reds, 7-6, in 10 innings. hopefully, the Yankees win the series tonight.

Big Brother was good last night. my guess is Taylor will be evicted tonight. i'm hoping i'm wrong and there are some hijinks in store. ok, i just checked my Big Brother twitter sources and i have no fucking clue what is going to happen tonight. that should be fun to watch.

AEW was fantastic last night. i am so happy for Keith Lee and Swerve.

the USWNT takes on Costa Rica tonight in the semifinals of the CONCACAF women's tournament.

i need to get going and get dinner started. we're having tacos tonight. at least, i think we are.

i have no clue when i will be on here tomorrow.
