trying for a productive day...

so, a little poetry news to pass along first. i sent 5 poems this morning to Synchronized Chaos. when i hear back from Cristina on them, i'll pass along the verdict.

the Yankees whipped Pittsburgh last night, 16-0. that was the Yankees largest shutout win since 1960. they start a series tonight up in Boston. here's hoping they fucking destroy the Red Sox.

Big Brother was good last night. i think i am going to like the new cast.

AEW Dynamite was really good last night.

enjoy some music:

and now some of this and that:

on the DVR tonight will be NJPW and The Old Man. i'll watch NXT UK sometime tonight on Peacock.

the first round of the NHL Draft is tonight. the Rangers don't have a first round pick, so i'll pay only a little attention to what is going on.

the USWNT takes on Jamaica tonight in Group A of the CONCACAF women's championship.

mom once again let anxiety and stress get the better of her so she didn't sleep worth a shit last night. that should make the doctor's appointment a ton of fun today.

depending on how bad it storms today will most likely determine if i go to Menards this afternoon or not.

i should be on here tomorrow after i get my pills from Rite Aid and whatever shopping i'll need to do on Friday for mom.

i need to get some air in the tires of the Highlander and get ready to take mom to her appointment.

with any luck, i'll have news on some more poems i have sent out by tomorrow.

until then...
