it has rained all day...

 so, i have determined the pain in my left shoulder is arthritis. the rain today made it really fucking clear to me what is going on. i'm at the point now where i am just trying to keep my mind occupied so the pain doesn't get a chance to run the show. of course, that doesn't work all the time. that is when shit gets really interesting.

the New York Rangers lost last night at home to Carolina, 3-2. hopefully they will do better when they play at Carolina tomorrow night.

 this has been a quiet Saturday so far. that will change in a hour or so for sure.

the Yankees got rained out last night. that means they will play a split doubleheader tomorrow against the Mets. hopefully, they will go into those games after a win over the Mets this afternoon.

Smackdown and 205 Live were both really good last night.

here are your highlights from Game 3 of the Stanley Cup final:

at the Euro 2020 yesterday, Spain defeated Switzerland 1-1 (3-1) on penalty kicks. Italy defeated Belgium, 2-1.  today, Czech Republic will play Denmark and England plays Ukraine.

at the Copa America yesterday, Peru defeated Paraguay 3-3 (4-3) on penalty kicks in one of the crazier games i have seen in a long while. Brazil defeated Chile last night, 1-0. tonight, Uruguay plays Colombia and Argentina takes on Ecuador.

i did go to the local grocery store yesterday to get a few things. i was pretty happy that i was out of there in less than 10 minutes.

from a cloudy Sunday comes...

 today looks like one of those days where there will be no sunshine. one of those days that are filled with misery. i really hope that's not the case.

the Dayton Flyers defeated George Mason yesterday, 74-65. Jalen Crutcher got his career high yesterday in points. amazingly, Dayton had another player out because of injury, Rodney Chatman. thankfully, Mustapha Amzil looks like he is the real deal. he and Crutcher had about half of Dayton's points yesterday. they next play at Fordham, virus permitting.

the USA defeated Slovakia 5-2 last night at the World Juniors. the semi-finals are now set. Canada will play Russia and the USA will play Finland on Monday night.

ROH was very good last night.

the New Orleans Saints wrap up the regular season today at Carolina. if the Saints, Seahawks and Bears win today, the Saints will have the #1 seed in the NFC. i truly hope that happens.

i ordered some coffee today from Youngstown Coffee Co. since my mother loves Highlander Grogg, i'm always looking for different versions of it. 

i will probably be on here tomorrow after i go to the bank.
