tonight is the night...

 the NBA Draft is tonight. i feel like i have waited for fucking FOREVER to see a player from Dayton get drafted in the top 5. it is certainly possible that Obi Toppin will be drafted in the top 5 tonight. of course, nothing is certain, given the pandemic, etc. etc. all i hope is he goes to a place where he can contribute immediately and be a big time star in the league. that will be free publicity for Dayton for years to come. hell, i know damn well that 3 of the recruits UD signed this year were mostly because of what Obi did while at Dayton. 

The Voice was very good last night.

the grocery stores were fucking crazy today. you would think Thanksgiving is tomorrow. my only guess is since the new shutdown orders go into effect tomorrow, people were taking advantage of their last day of freedom, stupid fucks.

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, NXT, AEW, The Masked Singer and I Can See Your Voice. i'll be watching the NBA Draft for hopefully only a portion of the night.

i'll be on here tomorrow between doing loads of my laundry and putting my baseball cards into better storage. mom got me some boxes that are better than the old shoe boxes i have been using. once i get them all in there, i'm going to figure out how i want to put everything into order and then start selling them.

today is the day

the Dayton Flyers have their senior night tonight against George Washington. Dayton is favored by 20 1/2 points. i'd love to see them win by 40 tonight. and i do hope Ryan Mikesell and Trey Landers go out with big games. if Dayton wins tonight, they will finish the A10 18-0. they will be a school record 29-2 on the season. they will be the #1 seed of the A10 tournament. i did watch College GameDay this morning on television. if i lived closer, i probably would have tried to get on campus to see it in person. i am so damn pumped for tonight.

Smackdown and 205 Live were both pretty good last night.

Real Time with Bill Maher was really good last night.

High Maintenance was great last night.

The Trade is one of those shows everyone in this country should be forced to watch.

the New York Rangers play tonight at home against the New Jersey Devils. hopefully, the Rangers will get a win tonight. the game is on at the same time i'll be at the Dayton game, so i'll watch the highlights when i get home.

i should be on here tomorrow before Manchester United plays Manchester City. i know i want to get the blog done before that game starts, just in case the results aren't too my liking.
