finally, a win in Europe...

 i was hoping for the best today as Manchester United was playing on the road in the Europa League. they haven't won on the road in Europe since March of 2023. the first half was boring as fuck. then, United's keeper made a horrible pass and that of course ended up in the back of the net. thankfully, United made some subs and that made the difference. Rasmus Hojlund scored 2 goals after he got into the game. United tried to piss it away, but thankfully, United won 2-1. that gets them closer to making it to the knockout stages of the Europa League.

AEW Dynamite last night was very good.

The Masked Singer was crazy as usual last night.

Inside the NFL was good last night.

here comes the rain...

 well, it is going to be too warm for a white christmas this year. i guess it is going to fucking rain, most likely for days. joy. i made sure the bird feeders were full, given what is coming. i screwed my back up moving some shit back into the kitchen. that was fun. but, i did get my Charlie Brown christmas tree up. that's all i can muster this year. i'm just hoping when the contractor gets here in the morning that he gets the vent hood in and is gone before noon.

i did take mom out last night to see some lights. we just went around town. it was pretty nice, although mom talked about how it was much better in the years past. as is everything, hence nostalgia.

the finale of Big Brother: Reindeer Games was excellent last night. i didn't think Nicole would win.

NJPW was good last night.

welcome to the weekend...

 so, the doctor's appointment i had today went well. my weight was down, my A1C was down, my blood pressure was great... i got a flu shot finally and was in and out in about 15 minutes. i don't think it could have gone any better than that. 

after the appointment, i went to Rite Aid. i wanted to get some small lights for the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. while i was there, i found a box of sugar free candies that was 70% off. the lights were 60% off, so i was very pleased to get both for under $10.

Vice News Tonight had two great shows this week.

NJPW was good last night.

the New York Rangers won last night at home over Toronto, 3-1.

i was thrilled the Yankees signed Carlos Rodon last night. now, get a left fielder please.

10 days to go

 so my doctor's appointment went pretty good yesterday. my A1C hadn't really changed. my numbers in my bloodwork were all good, except for the one liver number. when i explained that i was diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver disease and i experience no pain from it, the doc seemed cool with it. i go back on St. Patrick's Day, 2022.

The Voice went as i expected last night. my final 3 were the final 3 for the show. Girl Named Tom won.

NXT was excellent last night.

I Can See Your Voice was a holiday episode of the show last night. it was good.
