my back is feeling a little better today. i at least made it to the bank to deposit a check. i really thought i was going to get some good sleep last night. i took a shower and had ice ready for my shoulders and back. i fell asleep around 3 and woke up right at 7 this morning. fuck me.
Monday Night Raw was very good last night.
i did watch some of the Falcons vs. Eagles last night. i can't believe the Eagles choked that game away.

on the DVR tonight will be NXT and Deadliest Catch.
the New York Yankees play at Seattle tonight. the Yankees have a 3 game lead in the AL East with 12 games left.
Manchester United plays at home today against Barnsley in the League Cup.
the Champions League started back up today as well.
i should be on here tomorrow after i get the grocery shopping done.
it is another hot and dry day here. the grass is just about dead. i imagine the 2 weeks of fall will be here soon.
