that was about where the good news stopped today at my doctor's appointment. my A1C went back up to 7.1... i kind of expected it with all the stress of the kitchen renovation and all the fast food i have had in the past few weeks... what i am hoping is i can get it back down by the time i go back in March.
the Dayton Flyers won last night at home against Oakland, 91-67. here is what the Oakland coach said after the game.

in a kitchen renovation update, the vent hood will be going in on Saturday morning. so, i guess i will be up early. thankfully, Manchester United plays at 7:30 in the morning on Saturday, so i should be up before the contractor gets here.
if mom feels up to it, i might take her out tonight to look at some lights. that might actually get her in a better mood. this whole process of the renovation has her depressed big time.
i'm not sure when i will be on here tomorrow.
i know i need to get some gifts wrapped soon.
i really think Alex Verdugo is going to play well this season for the Yankees. it sounds like he has a chip on his shoulder.
