it's always something...

 so, i overslept this morning. i didn't get up until 7. the contractor was here at 7:30. he started putting down the new floor in the kitchen. it looks a thousand percent better than the carpet that was in there before. of course, it has been rainy here all day. and to top everything off, one of the arms of my computer chair broke when i sat down to eat lunch. so, i guess i am living the white trash dream right now. computer is nearing death, a broken chair to sit on, my arthritis is raging, i have no clue what i'm doing for dinner and i need to pick up the trash, etc. fuck me.

i had a nice long conversation with the muse this morning. just catching up on some things. that certainly brought back some memories. 

The Voice was very good last night. i have no clue who the bottom 3 will be tonight.

i did get the first Christmas cards in the mail today. of course, i'm not sure if our mail actually came today or not. good times.
