i was saddened when i heard the news about The Iron Sheik dying today. he was absolutely one of my favorite bad guys of all time. thanks for one hell of a ride.

the New York Yankees lost last night to the White Sox, 3-2. their game tonight was postponed because of the smoke from the wildfires. they will play a doubleheader tomorrow.

the power went out last night for about 10 minutes or so. that was a bit fucking crazy, especially since there was no storm going on at the time or anything.

NXT was very good last night.

Dark Side of the Ring was about Magnum T.A. last night. you talk about a what could have been story. i remember watching him as a kid and being crushed when he had his accident and never could wrestle again.

Deadliest Catch was good last night.

Game 3 of the NBA Finals is tonight. Denver plays at Miami. the series is tied, 1-1.

the grocery shopping went pretty good today. the air i put in the tire stayed in the tire. so, i'm guessing it was just the hot weather that caused the problem with the tire. 

i am going to try to be on here in the morning tomorrow. i believe mom has physical therapy in the afternoon, if she is feeling up to it.

i need to get going and get dinner started.
