so, yesterday was not good for me. the depression really got quite murky as the day went on. mom is getting better and is attempting to do more around the house, which is driving my anxiety through the roof. and then, of course, she has her passive aggressive way of getting her little jabs in on me when she does do anything. as i was mumbling to myself yesterday, yet another day where the 8 year old me was correct.
