so, i woke up this morning...

 with a scratchy throat. joy. i pride myself with not getting sick. so, i'm really hoping this is not what i think it is. i know damn well, if i feel like this tomorrow, i won't be going to the Dayton Flyers game. thankfully, it is on TV.

so, mom cancelled her appointment today. her gut is really fucking with her and of course, she can't get an appointment until December to see that doctor. at least that meant, i got to watch all of the Manchester United game today.

the first half of United vs. Aston Villa was a snoozefest. the second half was a different story, thankfully. Aston Villa held two different leads in the second half, but United finally woke the fuck up and played much better in the second half. goals from Martial, Rashford, Bruno and McTominay gave United the 4-2 win. they will play Burnley in the next round of the League Cup at home in December. 

the New York Knicks lost last night at the Nets, 112-85.

the New York Rangers play tonight at Detroit. maybe getting away from home will force them to play better.

the USWNT plays Germany tonight. i might watch some of that.

i will probably be on here tomorrow in the early afternoon. 

i need to figure out dinner tonight and hopefully get a good night of sleep. stop laughing.
