so, i did the dishes last night and i certainly paid for it today. sometime this morning my back just sort of seized up on me and decided it didn't want to cooperate today. joy. so, i spent a good portion of today in my massage chair with ice on my back. i think it was close to 4 hours. i finally got my back "good" enough to go out and water the tomato plants. i'm trying to take it easy the rest of today, since i know i need to do the grocery shopping tomorrow.
the Yankees won again last night, defeating Oakland, 9-5. of course, they were losing at one point in the game, 5-1. that was the Yankees 23rd come from behind victory this season. hopefully, they won't have to come from behind tonight to win.

i am going to try to get the blog done in the morning tomorrow since the Yankees are playing in the afternoon. i'll do the grocery shopping while the game is going on.
the USWNT plays tonight in another friendly against Colombia. hopefully they will win again.
