so, i woke up this morning and was feeling pretty good. did my usual routine of making coffee, watering the plants outside, checking emails, having breakfast, etc. right around 11:30 or so, i could feel my back start to tighten up. so, i grabbed an ice pack and headed to my massage chair. roughly 4 hours later now, my back isn't feeling any better. joy.
the Yankees swept Oakland yesterday, winning 5-3. it was yet another come from behind victory. i only got to see the last 3 innings of it. Judge and Stanton homered and that accounted for all of the Yankees runs. they play tonight in Houston before going to Cleveland for a series there.
AEW Dynamite last night was fucking crazy.

on the DVR tonight will be Vice News Tonight, NJPW and The Old Man. i'll watch NXT UK sometime tonight on Peacock.
hard to imagine that tomorrow is going to be the first day of July.
tonight is the start of NBA free agency. i thought it was going to be boring and then i saw that Kevin Durant has requested a trade from Brooklyn. so, now i'm expecting all hell to break loose.
i think i might spend the rest of today doing my laundry. i'm sure that will do wonders for my bad back.
