i think the heat is finally going to break...

 so, mom didn't go to physical therapy yesterday. she was getting ready to shower and she got lightheaded and i was thankfully right there to help her. i called and told them she wasn't feeling well. i think in this heat, if she doesn't get plenty of sleep, she is useless. she was trying to get dressed yesterday and falling asleep while doing so. so, after she got a few hours, i went and got her birthday meal. of course, it was chicken wings from Pizza Hut. that seemed to make her happy. 

the New York Yankees won last night over Tampa, 2-1. the Yankees are now 47-16 on the season. they start a series tonight in Toronto.

Golden State won the NBA championship last night, beating Boston, 103-90. they won the series 4-2. here are your highlights from Game 6.

i did make it to the bank today. after that, i went to Meijer. i did find pretty much everything i was looking for. if the paper towels were on sale, i would have got them today as well. and i managed to not buy any baseball cards. i have an order coming from Repacked Wax. Meijer was fully stocked but none of the prices these days fit into my budget.

i really hope the weather this weekend is going to be good here. mom wants to sit out a little bit and she hasn't been able to with this damn heat.

i have no clue when i will be on here tomorrow.
