let the madness begin...

 so, the year i don't get tickets to the First Four at UD Arena, Indiana, Notre Dame and Wright State are all playing there. fuck me. i was totally fucking shocked last night when it was revealed that Dayton was the first team left out of the big dance. since Davidson didn't win over Richmond, it meant that Richmond basically took Dayton's spot in the tournament. that was a punch to the dick. Dayton is a 1 seed in the NIT. i personally couldn't give two shits about that tournament, but of course everyone involved with Dayton holds it in high regard since it reminds all the old fucks about the glory days in the 50's and 60's. i have Gonzaga winning it all, beating Kansas in the finals. so much parody this season, i won't be shocked if i am completely wrong.

Billions was excellent last night.

NFL free agency started today. i'm hoping the New Orleans Saints get the right QB, especially with that piece of fucking shit Tom Brady coming back to Tampa Bay after retiring a month ago. 

the New York Yankees made a trade last night that shocked the shit out of me.

i have to take mom to her physical therapy this afternoon. i'm hoping to get a few poems written while i am there.

tomorrow is going to be a little nuts. i have to take mom in the morning to get her injection for her back. she desperately needs that. and then in the afternoon, i have to take her to the doctor that treated her skin cancer to see what he thinks about how her lip is healing. i think it looks much, much better than before. so, i'm hoping he gives the all clear and she will be done with that for now.
