ashes, exactly what the world is turning to...

 having never been a Catholic or much of a Christian to be honest, i have never given two shits about Ash Wednesday. i believe i once called it in a poem target practice for future serial killers. i know someone out there is ashamed they just laughed. 

all of the shopping today went better than i expected. i got everything that was left on the grocery list at Kroger. i mainly focused on getting suet for the birds at Menards. i did get a few other things, mostly to take advantage of the 11% rebate going on. all in all, i think i spent less than $200 today, which is a minor fucking miracle anymore.

NXT was really good last night.

the Dayton Flyers won last night at Richmond, 55-53. RJ Blakney had the game winning dunk. that victory means Dayton will get the double bye in the A10 tournament.

on the DVR tonight will be AEW Dynamite, the season (probably series) finale of Batwoman, I Can See Your Voice and Snowfall.

the New York Rangers play at home tonight against St. Louis. hopefully, the boys will get a win tonight.
