so, today was a little crazy

 first off, i had a conversation with an old friend/lover last night. it is kind of shocking at times what happens when you don't hear from someone for a few months. glad you are still alive. we shall be meeting again soon.

so, my eye doctor's appointment went well today. my right eye is a little worse, but not bad enough to need new glasses. and my new insurance is certainly coming in handy. this appointment would usually cost me $45 or more in the past. today it was $29. the prescription i got from Rite Aid today was $12. it always cost me $30 when i got it at Kroger. so, i'm really fucking happy all the bullshit with my insurance seems to be figured out now.

the New York Rangers lost to Detroit last night in a shootout, 3-2. just one of those frustrating as fuck nights.

the USWNT had a 0-0 draw last night with Czech Republic. i am all for the team getting younger. but, the kids need to understand the standard that has been put down for them. last night didn't come fucking close to that standard at all.

NXT UK was really good last night.

Vice News Tonight had two good shows this week. the show comes back in March.

on the DVR tonight will be AEW, Celebrity Big Brother, Smackdown, Real Time with Bill Maher and Painting with John. i'll watch NXT Level Up (which has replaced 205 Live) sometime tonight on Peacock.

it was a bit icy this morning. thankfully, by this afternoon, the sun melted most of it. i got the rest of it on the driveway. i knew i better get that done since my sister is coming down tomorrow.

i'm going to try to be on here in the morning tomorrow, before the WWE show in Saudi Arabia happens.
