is any death really shocking anymore?

i have to admit, i did watch Friends in the 90's. of course, who didn't? i was saddened to see that Matthew Perry died yesterday. 54 years old is way too young. i know he had his problems with drugs over the years but i honestly thought he had made his way through that jungle to the other side. at the very least, Chandler Bing is one of the great TV characters of all time. he will always be remembered for that.

Ohio State won last night at Wisconsin, 24-10.

i did watch a good number of college football games yesterday.

the New York Rangers won last night in Vancouver, 4-3, in OT.

AEW Collision was really good last night.

Saturday Night Live was pretty funny last night.

Austin City Limits was great last night.

Manchester United plays Manchester City at Old Trafford today. i am hoping it doesn't get too ugly.

the New Orleans Saints play today at the Colts. hopefully, the Saints will find a way to win.

felt good to get outside for a bit...

it was nice enough today, that mom wanted to go outside and walk some. so, we did that for a bit and then i cleaned some stuff up in the garage and moved some stuff around. the contractor that did our bathroom was out here today. he had to replace the toilet ring and put together a few things for mom. one of things that he replaced was put out in the garage. so, i had to rearrange a few things so we could use the shelves. now, i'll actually be able to get to the bird food if there is another vehicle in the garage.
